Went in for a drink and meal at lunch. Took over 30 minutes, people who sat after we ordered got food first, and then the guy added extra items to the bill seemingly hoping we wouldn't notice as he didn't even apologize for the mistake. Horrible food on top of that, the only decent thing was the price of the beer.
Service is great and plenty of sports but food is pretty mediocre. Ordered the Ghost wings, but they lacked spice and had no real flavor at all. It was nice they gave me six wings when I ordered five, but they were some of the tiniest I've ever seen and only one of the six was a drum. Throw in how hard it can be to get in and out of the parking lot and the fact ranch costs extra, and I'll probably stick with Buffalo Wild Wings going forward.
The food is good, but if you get cold fast bring a jacket. My experience was quaint and simple. No issues, no mess, just good quality service. My 1st time at this one, but the manager is a people person. He will come by and talk to you. And if it's not right he will do what he can to make it so. You cant be customer service!
Had a great time at dinner with the family. Staff was awesome and the food delicious. Went with the pizza, salad, and wings combo, which worked out well for us all. The wings were just right, crispy and cooked perfectly. The habanero mango wing sauce was not particularly spicy, but was very good.
So we were literally warned at this Native Grill and Wings, that they couldn’t promise good service because they had 1 cook, 1 bartender and 1 waitress and that a group of 20 just got there. Otherwise, it was totally empty. The ladies were pretty annoyed and stressed. We ended up at the Red Garter and it was great. Definitely BAD management.
My wife and I ate here one evening during our visit to Tucson. We ordered their Feast Mode Value Play Combo which came with a small dinner salad, a 14" Cheese Pizza (we paid extra to put toppings on it), and 10 Traditional wings. Salad was big enough to share. The wings were quite flavorful. The sausage & mushroom pizza was delicious - a lot better than we expected! We were very impressed. Our waitress was super nice!
Unexperianced service very slow, took us forever for food to come out. When food came out the boneless wings where very dry reheated, gross not worth the price. 1 star for the good curly fries.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager is incomporent and rude. We placed an order online and waited an hour and a half. Got told our food was delivered via email, fro native, not the delivery company. Called the restaurant and found out they never scheduled for it to be picked up and delivered. Second we ordered from them and the second time they messed it up. Now we are waiting for a refund to process. They deserve 0 starts.
My experience here on speedway native was terrible. Food was horrible looked old like sat for a while. Service was horrible the bar tender had to take our order and bring us food and drinks… I walked to the restroom all the waitresses were in the back on there phones for a long time. The environment was negative because other patrons were also waiting for their glasses to be filled. Overall I won’t go back to this place. First time at a native never again.
Ordered the deal getting pizza, salad and wings. Picked up my order just to have the hostess argue with me about ordering something I didnt. Get home, the pizza looked and tasted liked card board, salad was brown, and the wings were cold. Cold as in they ice cold in the center. Its a shame to waist money and food. Don't recommend.
