I absolutely love this location. Been in there 3 times and each experience is wonderful. The staff is friendly and inactive. I love they have a dairy free option. And each time i ask for dairy free,they have absolutely no problem changing their gloves. Very understanding. And when they accidentally overcooked the wrong pizza,they were more than willing to start all over. Without being rude or having attitude. Very clean and always well stocked. I absolutely love it there
Excellent pizza for the price. I enjoyed the pizza immensely. My pizza took longer than anticipated due to a large group. They kept me appraised. Gave me a beverage and were extremely pleasant group of employees that were hustling to get everyone's order out. Gluten free options. Sorry, no pic. I ate the evidence. Ricotta on your pizza is a must though.
Ordered online and had it delivered. The order and delivery process was great. The thing is the restaurant messed up both pizzas. They made the wrong one mega crest. I am not a fan of it and mine was the one made that way even though the paper in the box was marked correctly. The dough was not cooked all the way. In fact I would almost call it raw. To make matters worse they forgot some of the toppings.
Great pizza with unlimited toppings all for the same price. I would have given them 5 stars but there was a dog inside the restaurant. The dog was not a service dog and there are seats outside. While I am very much a dog person, I don't believe dogs should be allowed inside, especially when there is outdoor seating
I went during one of the busiest times of the day (lunch) and still was able to get my food in reasonable time and had great customer service. I loved the BBQ pizza ?... I would definitely return again
Haven't been back in a while. I'm glad they added a separate prepare line for online orders. That was one of the reasons why we stopped going there from work. You would get bumped with a big order in front of you. But all is good now! Great pizza and I love their marion berry lemonade.
We usually love this place and frequented often. The last 3 times we've had nothing but problems. Tonight we waited an hour to be called for our pizzas and that's only because we went up and asked when it'd be done, only to find out they "forgot" to call my order and my pizza had been sitting and was cold. Was not even offered to remake them fresh because "everything was there". Seriously debating whether or not to go back at this point because the service is slipping so badly. I paid and tipped then waited an hour and got served cold pizza with no apology or offer to at the very least reheat or remake my pizzas. Very disappointing.
Great personal pizza & so many topping options!!! Pick from their selection of pizzas or create your own! Plus an awesome salad bar as well! A must try if you haven't gone! Super friendly staff that were very attentive & a nice clean environment. Can't wait to go back for more!
It’s good. The crust isn’t as good as Blaze. The sauce is about the same. They also got rid of green olives, which is a travesty and I hate my life now because there were two things that made me not buy a length of rope and one of them was green olives at Mod. The other reason doesn’t matter much like existing seems to matter anymore.
I used to really enjoy MOD but the last 3 times I've ordered from them they put barely any cheese on my pizza and skimp on the toppings (and what they do put on falls off due to lack of cheese) what's a pizza without topping cheese?! Not worth the ridiculous price.
