I swear I don’t like giving bad reviews on restaurants , if I had a bad experience I just don’t come back , but honestly I have gave this place so many opportunities because my family and I used to like this place. We kept coming back because maybe this time it’s going to be the exception but no, it is always a disappointment. They always give us the wrong things but the worst of all is the customer service, even if I got the wrong stuff I wouldn’t make a big deal if they were nice to the customers. Of course when you tell them you got the wrong thing they give you the worst attitude as if they are making you a favor. Im sorry we are not coming back. You really need to improve your customer service.
I have to say, nothing is more frustrating than wanting something like a simple raspado but having to wait 45+ minutes to get your order. Not only that, but the lobby is always full of people hanging around and just basically being in the way while you wait. I am flabbergasted at the thought that a restaurant that cooks full course meals like steaks doesn't even take that long. I don't know how your business gets even a few good reviews, but im sure they have probably been swayed that way by someone else. SMH, never again ✌
Raspado and elote were good. But, as person that hates to wait for food at a restaurant, I like to order online and then go for food in whatever amount of time it tells you(said 30 mins). Btw, I paid for the raspado and elote through my phone as well. I go to the store and ask for my food, lady says they are working on it, but I see that they just started on my order. 25 minutes go by and I get my food, 55 MINUTES for a raspado and a elote(precooked), there’s reasons people order online, to have food ready when they arrive. You have to do better!!!!
Always good! Love the food and raspados! One of our favorite spots! There's usually quite a few people in here but it's worth the wait. You won't be disappointed
The wait is long. Waited 30 mins to get our order: one elote preparado, elote cup, Jamaica and Mangoyada. There were 4 or 5 girls working. Shouldn't have taken that long.
White corn for the elote preparado makes for a real chewy, and hard corn. It was tasteless so I wonder if the corn was just old or the wrong type? The elote with chips was 9.50 and the menu did not say "with chips" meant a few chips with the same corn/mayo/cheese mixture (also it said it was 7.50 not 9.50). The cocktel de elote was a cup of old corn water with butter and cheese and no flavor. I have never had an elote preparado cup that looked more like sad soup than elote preparado. As someone from Michigan, with less than satisfactory latinx cuisine.... we have better elote preparado. We spent over 35 bucks (not including tip, which was 7 bucks) on two elotes with chips, a medium milkshake, small raspado and the cocktel de elote. I am so upset because it's my birthday today and that was not what I was expecting. Also we waited 30 mins for this. It's just not okay.

Ordered birria ramen. Paid 10 dollars and no juice. The lemons were completely dry and I asked for onions and cilantro, the girl argued it was in my bag.. it wasn’t.. no one in store and took forever for this… Yeah won’t be returning…..
I ordered a fresas con crema. Idk what kind of fresas con crema this is. It tastes like rotten milk. I was so excited to try this place and it’s disgusting. I can’t even eat this because it tastes so bad.
I just visited not even an hour ago for the first time ever. I was so excited as I have waited a long time before visiting, just to be dissatisfied as soon as I walked in. Tell me why it smelled like bad corn and “trapo mojado” the moment I stepped in. Sadly that didn’t stop me from ordering. The people here are alright nothing out of the normal customer service. But THEN I get my raspado de Durazno. And I thought the peaches looked a lil darker than the usual but I thought maybe it was just the lighting in there. Boy was I wrong. I took my first sip as soon as I got home and I immediately knew the peaches they used were mad old. Like disgustingly old. I was and am still so upset after I had heard such good things about this place just to be served old peaches in a raspado I paid around $7 for. I live a good while away so it wasn’t worth going back to ask for a different one but safe to say I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone…. Sorry ?
