Ran in at 7:50 pm - they close at 8 pm. I asked if it was too late to order and was told no - the staff was friendly, and took my order to go. I ordered 4 chicken tenders which comes with fries and garlic bread. Thank you for the great service prior to closing! The chicken tenders are ok - not flavorful but not worst I’ve had. The fries were hot and crispy- very good. The garlic toast was average. Overall, good food for a quick bite. I do not like their sauce - it is peppery mayo based. I asked for ketchup which I received. I like to support local places and Lucky Wishbone is a Tucson classic. Will try steak fingers and shrimp next time.
Horrible food !!!!!! Don't waste your money I spend $38 on a family meal and 2 drinks and thr food taste like rubber, they shorted us 2 shrimp and 2 chicken tenders and the food is so small, like I will not be back and I think everyone else should save their money and not waste it there.
This is the best Lucky wishbone I have been too! Even though they were about to close on New Years eve the whole staff was polite and encouraged me to still order!! You don't see this kind of service in restaurants that often any more it's 2 guys and a girl and the kindness and professionalism they should blows me away!! I honestly hope the boss appreciate his closing staff of 12/31/21! You have some seriously AWESOME employees here!!!
It had been here forever since I was a small kid we won't talk about my age LOL but great food the gizzards are fantastic garlic bread all the food there is good went to the one on Campbell they're friendly quick if you call it in don't have it ready for you when you get there Great food
First the rating blocks below. I know of nowhere a person can eat for 10$. So food here is reasonable. The bone is back! My mon split was crisp, cooked, and delicious. Gone was the sogg of a few years ago. Simple and effective Lucky Wishbone is a great stop for hungry folks.
We got this food for free because someone delivered to the wrong address, i did whomever a favor because this was either a bad choice in food, or just poorly made. Not a great free meal.
Always tops!!! My late father loved their cheeseburger on garlic toast. As well as their fried chicken. I remember my young years going with Daddy. With a happy face!!! When I go now as I'm older. I can't hold back my tears! Thinking of my Daddy!! Thanks Lucky Wishbone for the bittersweet memories!!❤
I get the boxed shrimp meal, Mom or Pop sized, which comes with fries, a piece of toasted garlic bread and the best breaded shrimp in town. I've been eating at LW since they opened in the early 1960s ( the Harrison store has a picture of preschool me with my family at a grand opening hanging on the wall.) and cannot tire of it.
One of our classic local chains. Started in the 50s. Great chicken and steak fingers. Burgers are ok. Deep fried chicken livers are amazing!
I've been a fan of lucky wishbone food for decades and never had I had a bad meal until 09/2021-10/2021 Campbell location. Burnt hard and batter not cooked inside of the chicken. I've never had steak fingers so crunchy and hard you pick threw them to get a bite. And it tastes like burnt grease. I understand it was 7pm close to 8pm closing but I've lived in the neighborhood for yrs and always go at 7pm for my dinner. Bad, waste of my money family feasts 2 just gone. I called the said bring it back they will recook it. It closes in 7 mins they said tomorrow. Bwell my family need to eat something so we picked there it. Never again!
