I live this place! The music is usually a good band.. The food and service are excellent…. 💕

We made a reservation, and the site said it was $10 per table, but no one there was seating people, there was no table service, nothing was reserved for us and so we just sat wherever we pleased. We had to go inside to the bar to get any drinks, and any food was then redundantly packaged in "to-go containers and then a carrying bag--when we were seated outside to listen to the band play for 2 hours. The food selection at the bar is lame--a pasta sandwich dipped in tomato soup? Deviled eggs with meat added? Who comes up with this stuff? As a result, we ordered little to eat or drink (they have NO non-alcoholic beers like Athletic) and the food was weird. We drank their free water, sat where we wanted, and listened to the band that we came to hear, and left. Doubt we will ever come back there.

We arrived at 5:30 and Happy Hour ends at 6:00. Our waiter didn’t bring a Happy Hour menu, and when I asked for one he looked at his watch and said “pretty close, but I guess I can do that”. We made the reservation per the staff there for that time so we could have the Happy Hour specials and see the band! Then the food was bland, the meatballs were undercooked, the hummus was as oily and runny, and the mules we ordered had a large fistful of mint in each cup, taking up the majority of the mule mug. On a high note, the band was good, and the outdoor seating area was cool and lovely.

worst margaritas ever, high prices, hamburger and fries were fair but cold. Waitress took 45 mins to wait on us and 30 min. to bring drinks and the place was not crowded.

Well, I can’t review the food because we didn’t get any. We arrived right on time for a 6PM reservation, but there were no tables available. Better yet, no one acknowledged our presence, no one spoke to us, no one bothered to explain what was going on. So we stood there on their lovely outdoor patio for a little while hoping someone would do something or say something. Didn’t happen. We left and went somewhere else.

When we got there, and told them we had a reservation on Open Table. They never checked the computor and said sit anywheres. I asked them again about checking the reservation and again they said no need to. We did find a nice table, but we were early. The service was very slow and our waitress I think was new and nervous. But, she was very polite and professional. The food was served hot and fast. I think they were short staffed. But all in all it turned out to be a nice evening, we will be back. Thank you.

The food was expensive, not that good, and not well prepared. In my group of 10 everyone had at least one complaint. For me, I ordered the snapper, and it was over cooked. We had to ask the waitress for dessert menus, she didn't come around and check on us as often as you would expect.

The best pastrami sandwich we ever had enough time feed two people.

Some of the best margaritas plus great beers but the mesquite burgers were awesome.

The food and drink was tasty and well prepared. Unfortunately, the menu has been changed since our last visit to the Lookout. We liked the old menu options better. Our server was working very hard and tried her best; however, staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the number of diners.
