Longhorn steak house is always a great choice here in Tucson, their variety is vast and with delicious flavor, they have different kinds of salads, iced tea, soups, burgers and all with a great service. Waitress very helpful and explaining dishes and suggesting plates. Parking lot pretty clean and organized, proper signage as well handicap section. Mens restrooms need attention, floors pretty dirty and seems like it need a complete detail; you can tell that floors and sinks has been neglected for a good period of time, smells okay but it looks dirty. Restaurant overall is clean and good ambiance and service. Tables distribution are good, very spacious and clean; this location has a good amount of waitress and waiters, waiting time to be seated is fairly fast, asking for drinks and getting the drinks was very fast. Once we ordered our food we just waited five to seven minutes. Good variety of side dishes and their menu is self explanatory. Waitress came to check on us constantly and very polite. They have several televisions with different channels like sports of different kinds. I really recommend this restaurant specifically for their steaks with a great flavor and excellent service. Recommend one hundred per cent!

Longhorn has really good food, but the staff is a skeleton crew and they didn't even have clean silverware for us. Our awesome waitress went and washed some for us. I don't know what else to say, except that they would get 5 stars from me if they hire more people! The food was very good despite them not having staff, so that says something to me. I'll definitely give it a try again!

Services and waitress was excellent polite and always checking up. But fried onion still had paper on it steak was really salty in parts of the meat. Mac n cheese were great salad was perfect just need better food prep before cooking although then that I give it a 4 star

I got the Flo's filet and it was absolutely delicious! Medium done is just the right texture which isn't too raw or well done. Juicy and flavorful. My husband got the outlaw ribeye medium rare and he said it was excellent! If you like mushrooms then I definitely recommend adding them ? For my drink I got Tito's Texas Tea, it has just the right amount of alcohol ?

Service was slow, brought wrong drinks, didn’t come and check on us until it was time for the check. They didn’t have baked potatoes and didn’t say anything until the steak was brought out alone. The mashed potatoes were instant and watery. The rice pilaf was ice cold. Very disappointing experience!

I went there to celebrate with my daughter and she has taken several years of culinary classes. She loved their steak and wings. I had their chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and they were amazing!!!! The only downfall is my daughter ordered the medium rare and it was closer to what she considers rare but it was Delicious. I had a small taste to the outside seeing as I only like well done but everything I tried was amazing in taste!

Will probably never return to longhorn on oracle again 70 dollars on a meal that my husband got sick from and did not get it cooked the way he requested very disappointed. The service was great but for that amount of money for your meal it should be to your satisfaction. Carla myers

We arrived at 4:30 because they fill-up quickly if you get there later. We were seated immediately. Party of four including our friends that had never been to a LongHorn before. We ordered steaks all around with everybody ordering salads. Two of us ordered sweet potatoes and two baked potatoes…that’s when the problem started…they were out of baked potatoes and didn’t notify us until they brought the steaks out without anything else on two of the plates. We were blown away…our server told us this issue was a somewhat common problem. We asked what could they sub and why we weren’t told sooner…finally it was decided they could sub Mac and cheese at no extra cost but it would take time to get it out…to his credit it was delivered in 10min. The last item was dessert…both couple decided on the Chocolate monster dessert to share one per couple…that took 25 min. and was frozen…making eating it difficult. No Manager came to the table…no offer to buy our dessert…very disappointing.

I was there the 1st time back in 2018 and I know they did have a bigger menu.. This time on 1/2022 I just felt that the menu was greatly reduced to just they're popular items... For example they didn't have much of a burger menu I know it's a steak house... But even for a steak house I feel like pinnacle peak is better. Wasn't impressed with the presentation of my meal I got the crusted chicken parmesan and instead of a baked potato I asked for fries but it wasn't even a generous amount my plate looked bare... I know they used to have an appetizer sampler but even that was pretty lame... The server was great! But I feel like there menu needs to improve and the presentation needs work as well.... Was my meal good? Yes in fact it was just maybe a little more generous on the fries...
