It's a nice piece for dinner when I got my meal I thought the portion was a little small but after eating I realized it actually quite filling my steak was cooked exactly how I wanted everything was fantastic
So disappointed! First time (and last time) eating there. There were 3 of us in our party. Ordered our meals and an appetizer. While waiting for our meals we heard another table talking to the manager who was apologizing for their baked potato not being done right. He offered them a free dessert. Our food came, and my son's french fries were cold. I had ordered salmon, took a bite and it was bad. Flipped it over and it was the grossest color I've ever seen on salmon! Didn't even look grilled. It even made the rice look/taste bad. Sent it back, and the waiter said he'd get another one. So we waited, and waited. Everyone finished their food and my salmon still hadn't come out. Told the waiter to just cancel it. He said he'd get the salmon removed from the bill. Which resulted in us waiting even longer! Ridiculously long. The manager never even came to say a word to us! No sorry, nothing. I spent $55 and didn't even get MY meal! (And we only drank water) Spent way too much money and left hungry since I didn't even get a meal. Or an apology.
Great food. My family and I visited this branch and every dish was made perfectly.
Hands down this was the best customer service we've had in Tucson, our server Hailey is who really made our experience perfect, she is what great service is in the food industry, knowledgeable and personable. The steak was the most tender and juicy with a perfect marble, it was cooked exactly how I ordered it. The shrimp appetizer as well as the chicken bites were really tasty, perfectly seasoned and delivered hot. All around this was the perfect dining experience, the service, quality food, and prices will definitely make us frequent flyers.

Amazing service!! Our waiter Joshua made sure we were being attended and was on top of everything! AMAZING ATTITUDE! Our questions were answered beautifully. On top of everything they made us feel welcomed at there restaurant. Had there famous desert as a surprise as we made the way out the door! Thank you to the owners for making our night!!
Very nice venue. Staff were very nice, polite & helpful. Menu selection was awesome. I ordered a filet. The only suggestion I have would be an explanation of their seasonings on the beef. They use a bold seasoning with too much black pepper for my palette. You can ask for a lighter seasoning, but the menu did not indicate that.
We like going out with friends and having a good time. But lately we have not been able to sit down and chill at a nice restaurant because we are a party of 6+. In fact, we have been turned away several times at other steakhouses. But here they accommodated us and at a reasonable wait time and served us very well. My husband's steak was a little on the well done side when he asked for medium but still very delicious food and great atmosphere!
We had a short wait, it was dinner time on a Sunday evening. The waiter was very professional and since we hadn't eaten there before explained the menu. We ordered the New York steak to share, my wife and I are pretty light eaters. We added grilled shrimp and shared them also. The shrimp were good but they came on a bed of rice which was luke warm at best. My first bite of the excellently cooked steak was rather chewy but the rest was excellent. I'm not sure what the deal was with that first bite. It was strange since the rest of the steak was so good. The baked potato came out after the rest of the meal but while the waiter mentioned 4 minutes it might have been 60 seconds. It was hot and also very good. I had the house salad with blue cheese dressing both were great, and the little loaf of bread was delicious. We were not rushed and it was a very nice experience.
Our server was great. She did everything she could and was very polite and nice. It's too bad the kitchen can't make a steak correctly. I don't like giving negative feedback but had 2 steaks that were both cooked incorrectly and then was charged for it. And they weren't even close to medium well or medium for that matter. Our server gets 5 stars kitchen would get a negative if I could.
