Fred is the absolute best!!! idk why it's taken me so long to review this, but hands down the BEST chinese restaurant that I've ever been to. Their chicken dishes are NOT like the fast chain places, or even the buffets. Everything is hand prepared. My wife LOVES his mom's hand-picked blended teas. The atmosphere is great, quiet and attentive to detail. Plus, being a regular has its perks! Fred is attentive and great to talk to, great with kids.
Fred the owner works hard, which is admirable. He is always gracious when you come in, whether to dine in or to pick up takeout. We love his menu, so it is our go to for Chinese dining...ALWAYS. As former business owners my husband and I admire his professionalism, courtesy and caring.
My favorite is the Mongolian beef. That's what I always get there... for almost 30 years now. A friend invited me for my birthday but I was very disappointed that I couldn't order the full dinner size since I didn't want the soup, egg roll etc that comes with the lunch plate. I would think is not that difficult to make a bigger plate of the same dish and charge me the dinner price! Not going back for lunch!

Worst experience ever. First of all for a place that does no refills, my Dr.Pepper came to the table basically half full, the Dr.Pepper was completely flat, my wife and her cousin's Cherry 7°UP tasted off, I got sweet and sour chicken and the sweet and sour sauce was so watered down it had no flavor left in it, the "crab" puffs had no crab it was just cream cheese and tons of seasoning, the egg roll was just straight up disgusting, my wife's shrimp fried rice tasted burnt and smoky, my steamed rice was mostly soggy, my chicken was dry and hard and the Panko was so crunchy I thought I nearly broke a tooth. When my wife went to the bathroom she noticed they use canned soda and transfer from last can used into next customers soda (explains why it was flat) never again...
This place is amazing. Extremely courteous service every time we come in. There are so many regulars and orders that they do take out at set times through the evening. This has nearly become our go to dining out option.
Things didn’t go well today. I ordered two dinners and an egg roll appetizer for take out. When I arrived there was nobody at the front and I had to walk to the rear of the dining room to find someone to them know I was there. When I finally did find someone I was ordered to return to the unattended front at once. When the order was given to me the server carefully confirmed the order including the egg roll. When I got home, sure enough NO egg roll. Also, the chicken with broccoli looked good but was tasteless, kind of like the food at Disneyworld.
Good food and atmosphere, prices aren't too bad. The waiter may be the best waiter in the world. Worth it just for Fred.

Been coming here for a long time. The food is consistent and delicious! Definitely family friendly. Fred is very welcoming and remembers you every time! Id highly recommend getting the oolong tea! Ive never had a bad meal here!
