The staff here is really nice and the baked goods are amazing. The donuts are wonderful (especially the whipped cream bismark) and the tres leches cake is AMAZING.
First time in your shop today and it was one of the best experiences in both customer service and food! A lovely greeting right away. Everyone was super helpful and friendly even at 6am! The donuts are like no others! so fresh and delicious! Next time I am trying the pastries! Thank you Le Cave crew!!! Highly Recommend!!!
Not sure why they extended the hours, they run out of donuts by 2pm daily. The donuts are good when you can actually get them. 4 out of 5 times they are sold out. I’m not driving all the way across town anymore to be told they are out of product.
Lobby was closed at 11am which was odd so went through the drive-thru to place a cake order for a birthday. A very rude young girl told me they don’t have time because they are understaffed with no cake decorator and she can refuse a cake order anytime. I’m not sure why she was so angry but I knew immediately this wasn’t going to work out. She was incapable of doing her job and I’m sure I’m not the only one she’s turned away.
Without question, these are the best donuts I have ever had. The glazed chocolates melt in your mouth. Excellent, kind service.
Tried to get donuts for three days but each time we got there they were sold out. Today we got there at ten and it was worth the effort. Their Apple Fritter was one of the best that I have eaten. The powdered sugar donut was awesome. Their donuts were not too sweet. And the coffee was great ?
For the last 3 years I've been having them do cakes for me my baby shower my wedding cake and my daughters 1st birthday cake, unfortunately they don't have anyone to do cake decorating anymore but thanks to Brittany she was willing to do a special order for me for my daughter's 2nd birthday thank you Brittany this is why I come here wonderful customer service always, hopefully they get a cake decorator soon! I'll be back next year!
Once our question is answered will change our stars. We have to click stars to post. We have not been able to purchase anything for almost a year. Can you close at 5pm like most businesses? Many people have work, kids, etc and cannot go at super early to buy. How your business is set up, it seems it caters only to people who can buy early? If we could get there early, what time should we get there during your business hours ? ▪︎And can customers be able to purchase items at least an hour before you close? What are your hours of operation and what time can customers expect not be able to purchase anything? If you have high demand why not give public what they want? Can your sign outside post your real hours, meaning the hours items are available? Customers get tired of trying to buy. Maybe other bakeries will read this and know there is a big need bakery with drive thru also- this way it can serve customers who can buy when they have time to buy and not for the business to close at their leisure because they dont make to sell to the public but only make to sell to distribution and a certain early customers. Everyone reading this, bakeries; Estrella Bakery. EL Rio Bakery, please come open establishment on Eastside. Bakeries are needed who can stay open with items till at least 5pm.
