One of the best customer service I have ever had today greeted me with a smile and less wait time!!! Recommend anyone who has not had a Krispy Kreme donut in their life to go and try them at this store or any near location ASAP!!! Excellent donuts and service!!! Give those employees a raise!!!
Daughter & I went in for doughnuts, service was great, doughnuts delicious! Girl at front was super nice and gave superb customer service to my little one & I. My stuffed donut was delicious. Will be going in more often.

My son and I stopped in before school to help motivate him for a big test that day. Our first time here. The donuts are yummy. We have to remind ourselves that they are junk food or we would have been back that day for more.
We showed up at the drive thru just after 9 and the automated voice on the speaker box said they were closed and to come back at regular hours. They don't close until 10, so confused we went to drive away, but there was another car at the window. We backed up and the automated message played again, but then someone came on the system and asked for our order. We let her know we needed just a moment. It didn't take us long and we said our whole order out. Got no response. Then she asked if we were ready to order. So we started again, and the first thing on our list was out of stock. No problem, so we changed that one. She asked us if that was all and we continued the order. She asked us again if the first doughnut we ordered was all, so we tried again multiple times to order, making sure to speak up. (Even though she was able to hear us well enough the first couple of times) She then asked us if we were going to order or if she needed to make us leave. Considering that the trouble in communication was evident, and that we had patiently repeated ourselves many times, we absolutely did not appreciate the attitude and left. We love Krispy Kreme, but we'll be sticking to the in store hours.
The donuts are very good but the service was definitely a bad one. The girls in the front were rude and not helpful at all. They treated us like we were there for handouts and well we weren't. We were there to BUY donuts. The only helpful person was the manger a young man that was there .
Was so excited to go to the new location finally. Super disappointing they had maybe only half of their selection, they had no milk and no creamer so you could not get coffee unless you wanted plain black coffee. The guy at the counter was super nice but I felt so bad for him because you could tell the employees are not given the resources to run the store. You would think the manager or owner would at least run and get these guys milk so they can make coffee.
I wanted to give a shout out to this great location that handled our fundraiser. Particularly to the supervisor who took care of us and treated us with courtesy. Good job handling an almost $3,000 order! We will be back.
Pretty slow, drive thru sound is weak. Good coffee! The staff seem to be confused, so check your order before driving away.
Doughnuts are good except the filled ones are not filled that’s all I got in mines.
