I have come to this location a handful of times over the year and they are always RUDE. They got my orders wrong every single time! And they will give u the wrong stuff on purpose. Management is a issue at this point they need to completely re staff this place and it would be packed 24/7. It's sad a good place is ruined by people who don't care about their work ethic hope the owners reads this and makes some changes to help them make more money and more happy customers!

Stopped to get supper and waited 20 minutes in the driver thru before even ordering. When we finally were able to order the employee told us to get all dark meat it has to ordered online only that we can not order half crispy and half original.Very rudely. So we drove off. The last time we stopped it was 7:05 pm and was told we had to order before 7:00 pm. Never again will I go to that KFC!
Got the bucket 8 piece n 2 extra breast everything was great,coleslaw was a little runny.....but overall yummy for my tummy ??
Disappointed to say the least. I know this place is fairly new but their drive thru system is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been here 3x and each time I went through drive thru with a single meal order and maybe a side or 2, I was told to go park in the front. The first time I waited about 15 minutes. The 2nd time was almost 30 minutes and the girl told me she forgot! And this last time, it was over 20 minutes. Really need to implement a different drive through system or get new employees because it’s beyond unsatisfactory.
Made my order in the drive thru and was told to go wait for my food out front. I waited for 14 minutes to get my food. By the time the girl was bringing my food to my car I was getting out to go inside to find out why I had been waiting for 14 minutes!I ordered mashed potatoes without gravy in my order. I did not want fries with my order so I told the employee to substitute them. The order i received included french fries (which I did not want) and mashed potatoes WITH gravy. Everytime I order from KFC and ask for no gravy on my mashed potatoes it never fails that I get gravy. The only thing they got right were the tenders and my drink.This was a very poor experience and I won't be visiting this restaurant anymore.
Drive thru service was fast but when I got home I saw that I was given all dark meat in my 16pc meal - with 9 drumsticks. This is not ok for $48 ? luckily the online customer service resolved the issue
The chicken was okay but since when do they only sell 6 of legs and 6 thighs. I dont like legs and just wanted thighs but the manager said no they could not sell 12 thighs. Not because they didnt have them but just cuz he didnt want to. I was willing to pay the extra even pay for each piece. Still nope.

Do NOT order pickup through the app. Took 25 minutes longer than the pickup time. I get 30 minutes for lunch and would have gotten food faster if I had ordered in person. They also won't let you pick up mobile orders through the drive thru which means even longer time to park and wait in line inside after waiting in the drive thru line.
