Terrible. I've tried to order here 3 separate times and have never gotten food. They lock the doors and turn out the lights early. They leave people sitting at the order box, that they also turn the lights out on, for several minutes before acknowledging them. Never has anything available. Which is why I have never gotten food! You don't have a 2 piece an hour before closing? And won't be cooking anything more for the night when there's still an hour until closing? General management needs a fresh team. Or this location needs a new GM.

Be sure and verify the accuracy of your order before leaving the drive-through. We ordered three four-piece meals. One box was missing a piece and two were missing the biscuits - a real shame as KFC biscuits are without equal. Had to remind them about the drinks. No napkins or plastic cutlery in the bags, not a big deal as we have plenty at home but it would be a problem for someone who needed them. Manager offered to give missing food items if we returned in <24hrs w/ receipt. Food was warm and tasty, and work crew was happy and cheerful. We'll continue our patronage at this locale, we just need to be more careful in the future.

Piss poor service, lack of management. Ordered 2 famous bowls in the lobby and waited 30 minutes for 2 famous bowls missing chicken and the cheese. Staff said "my bad" . Watched at least 6 other parties come in and complain about missing items.. how is this store even open

We placed an order online. They got the order wrong. It was a very simple order. Nothing complicated. Just three original chicken sandwiches and one spicy, fries and a Mac and cheese. Nothing that should cause any issues. Yet somehow items were wrong and we were missing a sandwich.We took the food back so they could see that they gave us the wrong items. We asked that the chicken sandwich that was correct to be made fresh because it was now almost a half an hour old from driving all the way home and back. They refused to make our order correct.Seeing the other reviews, this location should probably just close up. No pride in the food and no customer service.

It was late at night when I put in my order through the drive-thru, they weren't busy at all and I had a simple order. They told me that my food would be a five minute wait, fair enough. I waited there for about 30 minutes, nothing. Finally, I went in and asked about my food, one of the employees looked nervous and went to go ask the manager about it. Turns out he was sitting in the office the entire time on his phone with my food getting cold. Wasn't offered a refund or any sort of apology whatsoever. Despicable customer service, will never, ever return and I would recommend anyone considering buying food from here to look else where because they genuinely don't care, and I say that as a fellow fast food worker.

Poor service and got my order completely wrong. Went back and zero help. Called corporate still waiting for return call. I knew better. But wanted to try the sandwich. Got a box of dark meat cold. Mashed potatoes were good. Oh well!!!

I ordered at 4:02pm with no one ahead of me in the drive thru. At 4:30pm I finally went into the store and politely explained what happened and asked for a refund. There was no manager around and the employees were just standing around talking. It was not busy at all. When a manager was found all I received was an "Oh, sorry." No explanation or anything. Yes I did fill out the survey at the bottom of the receipt before they took the receipt to process the refund. They would not give me the original receipt back.

Horrible service through drive through and with Manager. Tried to give me dry and hard popcorn chicken after telling me there was not enough for both orders and it would take 10-15 minutes. Checked my order and there was the dry hard chicken not even the right portion then had the audacity to tell me I needed to come inside to access the complaint and get my refund. n

Why is it that this is the third time I been trying to go there and you guys run out of half the menu by 8 or 8:30? No tenders. No sandwiches. No bowls. No pot pies, etc. It was laughable really because we literally get told this every time. Either your staff is being lazy and lying or being incompetent when it comes to inventory.! Lol I guess I'M the dummy trying to get food there 3 times!You should really look into hiring new staff.

location in Tucson Arizona at Golf Links Road stop serving everything but bone-in chicken and mashed potatoes at 8 p.m. on a Sunday night! employees were out in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and visiting when I pulled up to make my order. this location is constantly known for bad customer service. just want to know when someone's actually going to do their job seriously at this location? apparently none of the employees take representing KFC's seriously. drove across town to a different location in order to get the food that my family wanted.
