My food was of decent quality. Certainly not the best KFC chicken I've ever had but still good.Finding a clean dining table proved to be a challenge. Obviously the staff of this location have a shortage of pride and work ethic which is on full display.Vast room for improvement!
My wife got a chicken sandwich and I got the Nashville hot tenders. Mine weren't cooked all The way through. Had one area where all yThe Nashville seasoning was, biscuit hard as a rock. Her sandwich had burn marks on the bun and the chicken was crunchy. Not the crust that's supposed to be, but the actual chicken. To top it off, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there's diarrhea that had clearly been there for a long time EVERYWHERE.
Went to KFC for the first time in 20 years. Because my father wanted it. This place is awful filthy no TP in the rest room I got a bucket of chicken with the sides what a joke .the containers with the mash potatoes in it was less than half full. The biscuits where over cooked and hard as a rock and the price is 8dollars cheaper on the website menu. I don't care about the price but they should change it on the website.Definitely not what I remembered. So dirty. I should have just left, my own fault. I can see why these places are going out of business. I didn't miss anything not going in 20years. First and last time I go to a KFC. No wonder no one was in there everyone seem to be going next door.. never been there either.
Just stopped in for a famous bowl. And they were out of popcorn chicken. And lemonade, and Pepsi, and Dr Pepper. Tried to order the sides meal. And they were out of Mac and Cheese. Tried to order 8 piece just crispy chicken and they didn't have any white meat. Asked the lady repeatedly what they were out of, and she kept saying that was all, but they were out of other things. Lady never said she was sorry, just that they were out of things. Horrible service, horrible to be out of things as simple as Pepsi. Don't go here.
First off KFC has been a family favorite since I was a kid. This last experience at this location was horrible. My son and I ordered popcorn nuggets with Mac n cheese. We were advised no popcorn nuggets due to a shipment not coming in. Then I commented no famous bowl either right. He said we have enough for a famous bowl. I was so excited and ordered the combo. My son ordered chicken tenders with Mac n cheese and then was advised no Mac n cheese. He was bummed but quickly got over it. He settles for fries. Took us forever to get our cups. The guy walked away and didn't come back. Finally our order came up. My son's combo looked ok. His biscuit was really dark and hard as a rock but he doesn't eat them anyway. I opened up my famous bowl. It had 5 nuggets a very small scoop of potatoes and way too much gravy and no cheese. I took it back to the counter and waited a long time before I just said no loudly "doesn't the famous bowl come with cheese?" The gentleman that took the order said "oh yeah" like he forgot. I asked for a refund. I also didn't even get a cookie. Super disappointed and no one even said sorry or looked like they cared. I'm in customer service and empathy goes a long way.
This KFC is unbelievably bad every time I show up. They say they're closed no matter what time I arrive. They even claimed to be closed at 5pm when they were open until 7pm. Manager and employee were inside chilling while a line wrapped around the building. They never have the pickup orders ready ever. Always out of chicken. Employees don't answer the phone and are rude. This place needs to be shut down. I'm pretty sure it's just a drug front.
Was very excited when they released the Beyond nuggets since we haven't been to KFC for years since going vegan. But, nothing has changed. Still insanely slow. Still dirty inside. And for some reason they only fill the fries half way. Been here several times (the Beyond nuggets are very good, but very overpriced) and have yet to get fries that are actually filled to the top.
Haven't been to a KFC in years so this updated bright and modern take is nice. Chicken still tastes the same which is good. On the pricy side as you can get other chicken places cheaper. The Nashville hot was on the oily side but tasted good. The whole wings were tiny. Coleslaw sauce was think but again tasted great. Prob will be back in to this location but not as often as the price is what holds me back. Over all good clean place to eat at..
The only reason we’d return to this KFC is because of Brett. He saved the night. We arrived at 8:40 and they said they were out of everything. We tried ordering several different combinations and they kept telling us they were out. Luckily they had the Beyond chicken but were out of EVERYTHING else. We came up to the window and Brett made sure we were taken care of. He was courteous, helpful, and apologetic. He did literally everything he could to reverse our terrible experience. Brett needs a raise.
Super understaffed and they wouldn't let me pick up my to-go order through the drive thru. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come out the building to give me my food. If you're understaffed and no one is applying to work for you, then maybe you should pay your workers a decent wage and stop being so cheap.
