Only giving one star as it won't let me give zero. Ordered online and then get to the store and they tell me they are out of chicken..... A chicken restaurant out of chicken. Then they tell me they can't refund me because it was online and I had to deal with. Worst food service and worst customer service. How can you be a shift manager and not know anything on how to refund or anything?
I won’t be going back. After Covid, I can excuse a lot of things. But this KFC was pathetic. The chicken was old (as though it had been stored under the warmers for too long) and was as dry as shoe leather, yet the skin was dripping with grease. The gravy for the potatoes was put in the bag UPSIDE DOWN and soaked through the bag. The tastiest item was the biscuits, we threw the rest of it out. A waste of nearly $40.
I have not been at KFC for years and decided to give it a shot.. and l am never going to crave this again gross and how can they messed up a small order?
Manager was very RUDE and unprofessional. I ordered a 12 piece meal -no wings (guess what we got?)Practically ALL wings, along with no gravy and other miscellaneous.Manager stated that she was being nice and was going to give us 3 drumsticks for compensation.Manager Charmaine [email protected] 6/5/22
The workers didn't know what they were doing. It was chaos there, my sister ordered a 8 piece bucket and got all legs, now any body knows better than that ! I ordered the 16 piece bucket meal to last me at least a week...which it did. But in my order I got 10 breast 2 legs 3 wings and 4 thighs so 2 extra pieces. I just can't believe the incompetence of those workers. I will never go back there !
Food was good. However, I believe most customers don't want to know that the drive-through staff person is going through a possible break in her relationship. ?. She was carrying on a conversation with someone on her phone, all while attending customers. No welcome greeting, barely took time to take order, give total price, hand over change, receipt and food items. The workplace is not for taking or making personal phone calls, much less when you are actually attending customers.
I just had the driest chicken sandwichIt was definitely sitting around for a while. More like beef jerky than chicken.I've been here before when the chicken sandwich was fresh and good. This is not a consistent location.I'll stick with Chick-fil-A for awhile and drive 3 extra miles.
2 bad experiences. My son went to the drive-thru and they had no costumers, they had him wait in the front for 30 mins!I went a different day same thing, no costumers in the drive-thru and they sent me to the front. I had only ordered a combo of piece tender with fries and a biscuit. My husband had to go in after waiting for almost 30 mins. He got the food, the box was bent, they didn't put fries or rhe saucewe asked for. I went back with the food to get my money back. 2 kids working in the front didn't take me serious, they were laughing. They didn't think waiting for 30 mins at a "fast food" place is too long. The manager came out, did a refund. No apology for their bad services. Yes he did a refund back but I will not get back the time I wasted waiting.This place is horrible! Never going back.0 stars for KFC on Valencia.
Worst KFC I've been too. Ordered the Feeds 2 meal and right there it says crispy original or mix and I asked for mix and was told they can't mix it because it's a limited item.....I stated that the menu says and as I was still talking she interrupted me and said "don't argue with me" so I said Crispy but got original. I didn't receive my sides at almost 5$ a piece. Poor poor service. Won't go back to this one EVER
Worst customer service in Tucson. Managers have no people skills employee really have no people skills. The headquarters will hang up on you. Just bad experience. Even before covid this cost 9.01 after taxes not really worth it no more this is more of a snack. Better off going to Safeway and buy the chicken strips and make at home your self.
