Waited in drive through for an unusually long time. The person taking the order was rude and abrupt. The order took a long time and when we received our order ALL the chicken was over cooked. The chicken strips were very small and so hard it was difficult to bite through them. A total waste of time and money. We will not be returning.
They told us they didn't have any original chicken just extra crispy, when we got to the window the customer behind us asked for original as well and they told him it going to be a little bit, we didn't have that option, not good
Wow, glad I decided to check the reviews. I stopped going there a couple of years ago after waiting in the drive through for someone to respond and take my order,,,after a while I pulled up,,,still no one,,,,honked my horn,,,still no one. And this was early afternoon.It's been awhile so I thought I would brave it but after first checking the reviews and sounds like the service is still the same, after all these years!!! I have to assume that management just doesn't care. That's the only way service like this can continue. Sad, I really do like KFC's menu. Also sad that corporate allows it to continue.
They left a sandwich out of our drive they order. Went in to tell them and they had us carry all our food which the kids had already started eating, in to show them what we got. Really? How does that prove anything? She said they didn’t want us ripping them off. It was just all around stupidity!!!
I've never really been a fan of KFC, but I had to stop by for the chicken sandwich. Overall, it was alright. The highlight was the meaty piece of chicken. You definitely get more chicken here compared to some other spots. The fries were way too salty though and on the small side.
Every time I decide to give this place another chance, something is always wrong. Out of the food I order, extremely long wait times, poor customer service. Or, what happened today, being closed when the hours posted on the door say they should be open (and couldn't be bothered with turning off the lights). I am legit starting to think that this place is a money laundering organization or something, because I just can not comprehend how a place can stay this bad for this long and still be in business. I wish someone would bring back the Ina & Shannon location. They were MUCH better...at everything.
I placed my order online at 4pm. I go to pick it up and am told by an employee talking on the phone in the parking lot that the lobby is closed and I needed to get in the drive through. Finally get my food home and see that half of my chicken order was not in the bag. I called the store for over an hour and no one ever answered.
So it’s weird giving a review when I haven’t been there, but it’s hard to give a good review when the couple times I’ve gone everything is out of stock (not their fault) but when I go and they are obviously open and I wait at the drive thru where no one answers and we go to the window and everyone willingly ignores you, doesn’t exactly make the best impression. It would be one thing if they said “hey we aren’t open” or “give me a minute” but come on. At some point it’s not worth it. If they fix their system that they currently have I will go back but for now. Naaaaaah. I’m good. I’ll go to Panda Express.
Pretty disappointed. Got the Louisiana hot chicken and the chicken was way too cooked, pretty hard actually. Also ordered the 3 piece leg meal and received wings, over cooked as well. Sierra mist needs to be changed out. The macaroni was the only enjoyable thing tonight. Wasn't worth the 15 minute wait. Frozen wings cooked in the air fryer are more tasteful...
There customer service was great ? and they also take pride on the food thanks ? ?
