I found this place while on vacation in Tucson and I’m so glad I stopped here! The food is delicious the prices are very reasonable and Sam is such a wonderful nice man, while I was eating I observed him goin out of his way to bring an ice water to a homeless man that was sitting in his lobby to get out of the heat! Most business owners wouldn’t have thought twice about booting him let alone offering him a water when he didn’t even purchase anything! I highly recommend!
I literally love this place! If you're looking for an old diner feel, good music, amazing food, and friendly service - bam! This is the place. Very good prices. Owner is super nice. And I've loved every waitress. They have buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Along with daily food specials on the buffet.
Absolutely loved this stop.. Ribs on a buffet is unbelievable. Sam is a wonderful man doing a very great job serving it up here in Arizona.. I only wish you bring your business to Texas. 5 stars for the great food and for the awesome service. Its nice to walk into a place, being from another state, only to be met with great people who make you feel very welcome. May God bless you with much more customers my friend.
Don't come here. Even Mccdonalds tops this place. Buffet selection is horrible. Ham looked like a health violation. Paid 61 dollars for some sewer food.
Ate here in October while visiting Tucson. The atmosphere was great, it reminded me of a nostalgic mom and pop stop here in the Midwest. It seemed like it was family running the place as everyone was getting along very well, joking and laughing and working in harmony. I did not order from the menu but had the buffet instead. The buffet was fair, some of the options didn't look that appealing, I'm sure they weren't bad but a little better presentation would've made a difference. I would absolutely come back though and really loved Tucson so totally plan to. :)
Service was good, a little rough around the edges but good kid. Food, had no appeal to it, very bland, no taste, definitely not worth almost $20.00 with a drink. Seems to be family owned and operated but I'd pass if I was ever invited to go there again.
Kettle Restaurant is a regular 24-hour restaurant. Their hours benefit the overnight travelers and guests from the Inn next door. Cheerful staff and a perpetually happy owner, Sammy is always welcoming and helpful. The buffet is open again and a decent value for the price. There are plenty of menu items to choose from as well. This is an older property, but they do well at keeping it clean and inviting. I have been visiting since 2021 and never disappointed
Great place buffet is always good. Me and my bf would go 3 times a day cause we were at motel 6. Sam is the owner he's a really nice dude. Definitely recommend this place if your trying to get something to eat for cheap as well as having good company.
Always good food, and friendly experience. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Although this time was crowded due to Tucsons annual Gem & Mineral Show, it was still a pleasant experience. Always leaves my husband filled and happy when gets waffles.
Good burgers! Dad had the Patty melt, I had the Santa Fe burger. We were there a bit longer than we like. The dining room seems to have been spruced up since we were there last. Clocks are all around the perimeter of the dining room with times all around the U.S.
