Tommy the new owner is AWESOMEVery friendly and all the ingredients are FRESH

Failed me this time. Ordered Polish sausage. Thought it is foot long like on line menu states. NOT. Also. Chicago dog got it with NO FRYS like advertised. That's all and cost me $20.30. Big rip off. Get reciept check all orders. They also dont answerphone listed answer the

5 Dollars for french fries and they are clearly fried in RANCID oil. The 9 dollar hamburger meat tasted very old. The stench from the Italian combo sandwich was so terrible that I couldn't even take a bite. When I tried to call to complain, no one would answer. Clearly the new owners do not care or understand how to run a restaurant! I can't imagine how many health and safety violations they must have to make food this bad. This review comes from someone who's been eating at this place for nearly 40 years, back when they were another Luke's Restaurant location. I understand that the pandemic has been hard on everyone, but their drop in quality is extreme. If their prices went up, but the quality was up to the standard it used to be, I would still eat there. The two words I would use to sum up my experience are ghastly and expensive!I hope to be able to eat there again some day.

Yes, they now have new owners again and not making their Hot Italian Beef sandwiches like they used to be. Their Giardiniera is not made correctly. Missing the vinegar and prices went up and they are a bit skimpy on the meet and Giardiniera. We got two sandwiches for $28. Not worth it.

We went there to get our double Italian sausage that we normally get. The order was totally screwed up. We got an italian combo. Once we got our double italian sausage it was a wait. The sausage was not the same, they changed the supplier. The sausage taste like something that you would get at Fry's meat counter. No seasoning. We will never be going back to Kenny D's. They need to take down the Kenny D's sign because it is nothing like what the old owners would approve of. We have been going to Kenny's since 1997 and it has never been worse. The new owners need to take down the sign of Kenny D's. He would be ashamed of even having that sign up because it is not Kenny's any more. The quality of the food has gone south. Horrible. This is my opinion of this restaurant.

First of all I wanted a Turkey Sub, but they were out of Turkey, so I got the cheese steak, probably the worst cheese steak I've ever had, dry and no flavor. At least the Fries are still good.

First time here, $40 for two sandwiches and two drinks and one order of fried zucchini. Sandwiches were juicy, made the bread soggy, flavorless and kinda cold. Would not recommend if you want good food at a good price.

New owner, and these folks deserve an opportunity for your business. Very friendly, accommodating, with generous portions and great food quality! We got cheesesteaks, onion rings and fried zucchini. All were quite tasty, and the service was fast! The computer system is still being configured, but that's an understandable obstacle at the start. Thanks!

I absolutely love their Italian beef . Them sweet hot peppers extra wet makes the sandwich for me. Today I stopped by to get my fix and was EXTREMELY disappointed to see that they are closed and either business itself is for sale or the building not sure . But sad .I’m confused , today 1/24 I drove by and the sign said open , people were in there and lights were on. I tried calling to inquire but it said the number couldn’t be reached . I guess their services are hit or miss. So when you get a craving have a back up plan !!!

New owners did a great job today! Philly's were great and service was awesome. Highly recommend!
