Placed an order online for 4 sandwiches over an hour ahead of time. Set the pick-up time and paid in advance for the utmost convenience. When I arrived a little after the pick-up time, they hadn't started making it yet. I waited in the store for 30 minutes and then went to ask how much longer. While I was waiting, several orders had been called out. Turns out my order had been ready for almost 10 minutes and no one bothered to say anything. My hot sandwiches were barely warm at best and one of them was even soggy. My entire lunch break was taken for something that should have been half the time including travel. A decent amount of money spent for a disappointing experience. In they're defense, they were training two new employees so I understand some delay. The manager also threw in some drinks and chips though what I needed was time and quality. The place serves great food but don't ever order online or call in anywhere near lunch. This is my 2nd negative lunch experience with this location. There definitely won't be another.
This is my wife's favorite kind of east coast sub. They slice the meat fresh while you're there, and it's Jersey thin.
Stopped while at whole foods and had a 6” super sub.It was very good and the bread actually tasted like subs I have had in Jersey.I had heard that was impossible because of our altitude but it sure was good
Food was soggy, first bite of my wife's sandwich she found a foot long blonde hair in it. Her hair is black. Will never eat at this location again.
It's definitely a SUB ABOVE. I only had 1 bad experience with a girl who accused me of not paying even after I showed her my receipt. This was the east speedway location.
Best subs around now... Love this place .Food was absolutely amazing as always. Staff were really cool and happy. Stayed a little late since we showed up 3 minutes till closing..And they had no worries or anything in letting us eat there .. highly recommend this place...
I was the second one in line ordered my food then a big rush came and they handle all of those customers. But they didn't even make my food yet I had to go up to the counter to let them know. Then finally I get my food and they ask if i even payed them yet no apology. Just did you give us are money yet.
This was a great sandwich (the regular italian) with better bread than Jimmy John's in my opinion. Lots of veggies and the oil and vinegar dressing was tasty.
Clean, bright, airy! Staff neat, clean and kept busy. I'm from the Philly area and I know I have high cheesesteak standards. These were okay. Portion to price, spot on
Went to the Speedway location by Zia's. Rebekah and Sam were inundated with customers but they handled it awesomely. Very professional, friendly and accommodating they both were... now I sound like Yoda. Seriously, great work you two! Jersey Mike's should be proud!
