I ordered a Big Kahuna cheese steak last night. The order was very specific but simple. Upon my arrival, my sandwich wasn't ready as stated, but I'm glad it wasn't because as it was being prepared the server proceeded to put raw onions on it and the order said grilled, I had to ask him to grill them, the order said no red or green peppers, it had both, the order asked for jalapenos, and when he handed me my sandwich I asked does it have jalapenos on it he replied yes, which was a lie. So my question is does your employees know the difference in jalapenos and green peppers. Needless to say, the only thing done right on my sandwich was extra meat, everything else not so much and after spending $23 on a sandwich that I still have half of I'm not happy with Tucson Jersey Mikes
Jersey Mike's overall is a great or was a great place. I went to this location today on Grant and kolb. Everybody was so stoned they didn't even know what they were doing. I asked for a #9 Mike's way wrap. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. After the guy fondled the tortilla for what seemed like 5 minutes he handed it to the girl no mayonnaise they put the meat on there the next guy asked me what I wanted I said #9 Mike's way he just looked at me confused. Then he starts wrapping it up I said wait a minute it comes with bacon, he put the bacon on I asked for avocado he says they're out of avocado. I asked for vinegar and oil on the side because I was taking it to go.The guy making a sandwich tells the cashier I got a #8. I get home they didn't give it to me any mayonnaise on the sandwich no vinegar no oil.Dry wrap terrible service it's a shame.My daughter said the one in Rita ranch screwed up their order three times, and had to remake it three times.Get it together Jersey Mike's you had a good thing going!
Amazing service and great food! I’ve never ate it here before and the only reason I ate here was because it was close to work and wanted to try something different. I’m glad I stopped here. I got the Club Sub and got Mikes Way. BEST sandwich I’ve ever had. It was made fresh and tasted great! Only thing I’ll take off next time is onions. Plus everyone was welcoming and the cashier was funny! I will add this place to my go-to’s for lunch. 10 stars!!
Not a great Jersey Mike’s location.The amount of meat they put on my #13 highly varies depending on the person working.Also, last time they forgot the bacon on my wife’s #7 even though she paid extra for it!
Talk about amazing guest service! Anna is such a sweet lady, always so positive and helpful, very fast and efficient! Will definitely be back for more subs because of her! Keep up the great work Anna
The last few times I've come here, the same employee (Kat) has made my day with her consistently amazing sandwiches and great personality. Hope she'll stick around because I will definitely be coming back as long as she's working!
Worker Iona Ida something along those lines had a terrible attitude with customers including myself was upset with every little detail of making my subs and topped off my order by throwing my sandwiches by the register had I not already paid for them I would have thrown them back. I've been coming to this location since it opened and never had an experience like this. When I asked to speak to the manager he clearly ignored me. Place was busy so I left it at that. She does not deserve to be working with people period with that attitude and if I owned this location I would seriously consider dropping the dead weight she brings...how embarrassing
