Janette this morning was incredibly rude and tried to argue with my husband and I (former Jamba supervisors at the Sunnyside location in OR) about the size of our smoothie. My husband ordered a medium Smooth Talkin’ with whey, and it was served to him with an inch space between the smoothie and the lid. We kindly asked if she added the way in, and she said she did, and then really remark that a medium is 24 ounces. I’m full aware of that, but I’m also full aware that way usually bumps at the smooth your size. That’s OK if she didn’t want do to give us the extras, I know rules vary by store, but I expect my smoothie to be filled to the top as I know that is Jamba standard and what I paid for.She had no customer service, poured the extra smoothie on top of my husband‘s drink, and it splattered all over my hands, as well as the top of my drink. Nothing else was said to us, and we left very dissatisfied with the service and the product we received today.

Hassel was very friendly. Greated us as soon as we walked in. Even left us little notes on our cups. Made our morning! Thank you! ?

Rein (im not sure on spelling sorry if i butchered that) was so kind and polite, ordered a drink with an allergy and she was so careful to make sure it was made correctly while also training someone, overall great customer service and drink!

I guess a coworker left a newbie to run it by herself for a bit and it's was kind of a disaster (don't blame the newbie at all) but every customers order was just flat wrong and she didn't know where the milk was or the fancy tumblers. I tipped really well but I'll have to wait till after everything was made and taste tested from now on. It's not right Jamba!. Jamba 5-6 years ago was a tucson favorite. Jamba now is just sad.. empty shelves, crummy look and kind of dirty. Jamba needs to shut it down and have a serious make over if you want to last in Tucson. Again I don't blame the new girl, I blame training and supervision. No one is taking it seriously anymore.

Amazing customer service! I came in and asked for a recommendation, saying I wanted fruity and creamy. I ended up not liking the first smoothie they made me, but they immediately said that they would make me another, free of charge, so that I would have something I liked. They listened to what I didn't like and modified a menu item to fit. They went above and beyond. The employees really make this location.

Horrible horrible horrible. I walked in to what felt like 100 degrees inside. No a/c. They were out of everything Only one employee working with no support. I mean seriously just close this location.

They never answer the phone. Called several days in a row.

If I could give Jamba 0 stars I would. It disgusts me how cheap employers are and how they will treat their staff like garbage and serve their customers expired and moldy food. This is why nobody stays with the company for long. These photos were taken by an ex employee of this Jamba on Campbell.

Worked for this company for almost a year now and have never seen such unprofessional practices, unhealthy work environment and totally disregarded from the owner on the conditions of the store and quality of product we serve to our customers...all 3 stores here in Tucson are owned by the same owner and as an employee that has seen so many violations in the year I work. I HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY. There is so many other smoothie companies that abide by state regulations to go to.

WTH is wrong here! A/C broken cant hardly stand inside. Cant believe they have ppl working here like they and still give good customer service.
