I used to come here everyday until last week when they served me a totally sour/fermented smoothie. I contacted support and wanted to be compensated for an obviously rotten product. The support person (Teddi) offered nothing but a weak apology and zero credit for the bad smoothie. Now that's terrible customer service and not a way to keep a loyal customer. There's plenty of other smoothie places you can go to nearby, I'd skip this place unless you want a sub par spoiled product.
Just walked up 615p, they're closed. Sign says they're open till 7, online says 7, but the employees locked the door. Don't know what's up with that

I won’t be back to this location because of one of the employees. I do commend one staff member working today who was friendly and patient while I was trying to decide on which smoothie I wanted to order. Everything was good with my smoothie but what ruined the entire experience was the other employee working. When I asked about using the restroom we were told no that public wasn’t allowed to use it despite being paying customers & as I was walking out the door she made a rude remark. Her attitude and lack of customer service will keep me from returning to this location in the future.
Love the drinks. Substitutes made for banana usually..its flavor over powers the other ingredients for me and my son.

Great smoothies and service. The young man had several orders to get out including a group of fire fighters and was able to get them out fast ....and the strawberry wild smoothie was amazing! Thanks for the great service.
