worst customer service ever at this location i asked for a breakfast jack with sasuage and instead got one with ham they also didnt give me a receipt
The food is good here and so is ththe service but what kills me is when I'm doing doordash the lobby is closed and I have to waste 20 mins in a drive thru line waiting to pick up a order, because you dont have a pick up window or anything like that... McDonald's has a spot for dasher and uber people even after hours making it easier on us... other then that I like this place

Ordered basically a veggie burger 1 burger no meat extra lettuce and tomato…. 15 minutes to figure out 2 pieces of bread ketchup mayo lettuce tomato…. 15 minutes.. so many people get served in that time with the longest ingredients to cook… meat… wow just wow
WAITED AN HOUR IN DRIVE THROUGH JUST TO GET MY FOOD COLD DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
The store was clean, looked very nice. We made our order, paid, and sat down. They brought our breakfast out to us. Now, we have eaten at various Jack in the Box since 1985. There's been a bump in the road occasionally. I was surprised at what we were served today. We had the big breakfast sandwiches on sourdough toast. We had 2 sandwiches since there were the two of us. 3 of the 4 pieces were toasted, but cool, 1 wasn't even toasted, and was cold. The entire sandwiches were cold. The cheese wasn't melted at all. Our eggs were cooked but cold. The hashbrowns were crispy but cold. Neither of us finished our meal. I was really disappointed.
I used to stop by here every single night after I was done at work. Then the place ended up going Under New Management, And when I called to ask about an application I turned in the manager told me that they only hire Mexicans and Latinos. Which I'm pretty sure is not equal opportunity employment. I Did not know that Jack in the box were bigots. I really wish I should have recorded the phone call. So I will be reporting them to the BBB and leaving a 1 star review for this racist behavior. Jack in the box, used to be my go to fast food place, but if this is what the brand chooses to represent, I want no part of it. #boycottJack
I'm a little biased because I love Jack in the box this one was good hot food friendly people
worst experience i have had at any jack in box it took 45 min. to get order in drive thru and it was cold.soggy fries, cold tacos and sandwiches. don't recommend this store if your in a hurry. or like hot fast food. However, you can watch employee's standing around talking. Touching money then handling food, from your car window.
