Fast service and consistent. Who doesn't like Tacos?
This location and staff need some training. Placed mobile order. Ordered a Large pinneapple shake, pulled up to the window and youngworker said "hey so we dont have your pinneapple shake, or any shake available, you want a coke instead?!" Ummm first of all a "im sorry" wouldnt hurt but NO, why would I take a Coke WHEN I PAID FOR A MILKSHAKE....I asked if I could get a refund for that Milkshake, was told "no" asked if i could cancel the whole order, was told "no because you didnt pay us we cant refund or cancel,u placed order thru the app do it thru the app" informed the worker It couldnt be cancelled because one you press PREPARE MY ORDER, the order cannot be edited or cancelled. They were just not interested on making right, making NOTHING better..asked for the manager, manager comes over with a scripted line of how they coulnt do anything that i could get a soda or a cheap burger (mind you my L milkshake was almost $5) asked dessert and got a chessecake that costs $3.Its not the $$$ part of it, again its the fact I got so empathy for this situation!Doesnt make sense... !
The food was good as was the service. I could not give a five star review as they were out of what we had originally wanted to order.
Terrible drive through service!!! It was at least 5 + minutes to take an order. 2 cars ahead of me and took about 30 minutes to get through and get our food. Rediculous!
Went thru Drive Thru. Fries were crispy on outside OK, but inside were not fluffy or fresh. Was like eating swizzle sticks. Shake was great and so was cheeseburger.

Worst experience ever. An employee by the name of ZAVIER , started to verbally harass my sister and I, started mocking us when we asked for his supervisor or corporates number, laughed at us, and made fun of my weight. I don’t know what training these kids are taking nowadays but I’ve never experienced bad customer service from Jack in the Box until today. Not professional at all. Thank goodness I recorded him talking about my weight and how he was talking to my sister and I.Further action will be taken. This is unacceptable
