Awesome. Food is always good. Service was friendly and food was hot and fresh even late at night. I have to take away a star. I have not been getting what I ordered last few times. Usually happens when I use drive-through. Hard to hold up the lines to check each burger or order. We rely on the staff being accurate. I'm sure if I would drive all the way back they eoukd have made it right, but that is a huge inconvenience for most people most of the time. Please take the extra time to check the orders before you put them in bags. Will make a huge difference to the customer.

What of the plays were talking to a customer in front for more than 10 minutes did not give a care if we were in line for 30 minutes or more she gave out free food and was very rude to Jack-in-the-Box and the Jack-in-the-Box on Valencia and 12th very rude customer service people need to change their attitudes over there

I love this location...and I love their food. But if you have never tried their cheesecake before...its a must! And I wanna say thank you to this store for selling me 48 cheesecakes so my daughters party could be a hit! And everyone loved it!

Terrible service one half of piece of bacon they in the breakfast sandwich they never answer the phones make you wait for 20mins outside of the drive thro. I can go on on how terrible this place is.

Good food, some issues with the Drive-Thru, signage & delays. Always convenient this restaurant has done better and they will again.

If I could rate a 0 stars I would. Tried to go in to order. People sitting there eating all 3 doors were locked. It’s 200 in the afternoon. Well then we waited in drive thru for 45 minutes. Drive off and they didn’t gives sauces in the bag. Doors still locked tried to call didn’t answer. What a joke. Calling corporate later.

Would like to give no stars they know that they are messing up and the worst part you can call and call and call and they stand there and just listen to the phone ring and ring they dont even attempt to make things better they dont care they figure they will just ignore ignore instead of doing better I guess will have to call the higher up because it's wrong what they are doing to people

Taking my order was very quick and the drive thru employee was very professional. Where the service REALLY LACKED was the checking to make sure that the order was correct before handing it to the customer. I live 30 minutes from my nearest location and when I got home, I realized that to of the main items from my order were missing. Upon returning to the location, I noticed that the dining area was locked. Not sure if that's per the current times. I was able to make eye contact with one of the employees who I know noticed me but then pretended like she didn't see me and then let me stand outside the front door for 10 minutes. Then the employee who came to assist me came to the door with the worst attitude and then when I let her know what happened, she slammed the dining room door. She went to the back where she got my missing items and then brought them to the front and pretty much threw them at me. But besides that the service was FANTASTIC!!! PLEASE RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT ANYONE LIKE THAT.

Went through the drive-thru. The server was nice and polite. Took our order with no problem. Took a few minutes like always at Jack in The box to get the food. But the food was decent as always. Enjoyed our experience.

Fast friendly,and professional, so happy they have the original secret sauce packets back, that's what separates jack apart from the rest
