Went to this store at 7:34pm ordered an ultimate cheeseburger large combo with curly and a dr.Pepper and and extreme sausage sandwich large combo with curly fries and a diet dr.pepper, we were told to pull up to the front of the store and they would bring our food out. By 8:01pm and 6 other ordered completed we still haven't gotten our food, went into the store, they didn't even have our order made somehow between them taking our money and us parking in front of the store they lost our order, I was told I had to wait another 6mins for them to make our food, waited from 8:01pm to 8:20pm 6 more orders were completed some customers coming in with missing food or drinks from orders, even one customer had there food dropped. Finally at 8:30pm was given our food, but the order was wrong finally when the order was made right I asked for a refund because at that time I have waited for our order for over 45mins, only to be given a wrong order, was then told they don't care cuz they don't get paid enough, and was laughed at in my face. Only one person actually apologize and try to fix the problem but he was told off by his coworkers. Highly very disappointed and disgusted with how we were treated. Also if you have employees not caring for their jobs because they don't get paid enough maybe they shouldn't be representing your company. Not to mention the drive thru is always cluttered with trash and the inside is the same way.
Food is the same as you expect from the franchise. I think new employees were being trained last night because service was at a snails pace. Which although it was a website mobile order which I checked in on arrival to drive through speaker. It was not started till I got to the drive through window. Slow, sloow sssllooow.
New crew is super nice & friendly! I always get the right order at this location & have no complaints. They even gave my dogs some bacon ❤
I didn't like the loaded and sauce curly fries. They were cold and the sauce is just ranch dressing. Just call it what it is. There wasn't very much bacon at all and skimpy on the cheese but loaded with ranch dressing.
i come to this location quite often and it’s typically packed in and out. i, obviously, always wait very patiently because i KNOW the workers are WORKING HARD to make sure they line is cut down. I went earlier this week at about 9/10pm, and the restaurant was jumpin! I decided to go inside and possibly get my food a little faster, however that wasn’t the case. (that’s not what im here to talk about) i waited for about 10-15 mins before i was asked by a wonderful lady, OFF THE CLOCK MAY I ADD, if i had been helped yet. i told her no but y’all don’t worry about rushing because i see that they’re super busy! I waited another few mins and then the same woman came and took mine and another ladies order. she was SUPER polite and still had a smile on her face, her name is Jade if i remember correctly. she was completely wonderful and super understanding and i cannot stress the importance of recognition! per usual, i look forward to coming here again, regardless of the wait time! thanks to all of you working your behinds off in there, never mind anybodys negative feelings about wait time because if they wanted to, they would apply and clock in with the rest of y’all!! :)
Food is trash. Sweet tea taste like coca cola thats been sat for 2 days, fries weren’t even toped, small asss nasty burgers. Not worth it. Won’t be stopping by anymore.
Placed order on the mobile app, got to the location and they couldnt find my order. Showed them my phone confirmation etc, they said didnt get my notification of order,they made me get out of drive thru, get off and write down my order so they could start preparing my order. I wrote down my order... got my order. And of course half of my order was missing.I dont know if the app need to be updated or if they lied and they just didnt want to see my order who knows. but whats the advantage of doing on online order if i still had to get down and reorder everything i had ordered already....Of course i made the survey, someone was going to contact me in 2 days, and what a surprise NO ONE HAS YET TO CONTACT ME.
(At the sixth and I-10) They had previously messed up an order... The chicken was raw. With tomatoes. No problem called mgt we get a replacement fine.... A few days go by the wife really has a craving for that chicken so I go seriously out of my way to this Jack in the box made sure the lobby was open according to Google maps....however they locked the doors upon OUR arrivalBarely after 8 I drive a large profile vehicle may not fit through the drive through so I call them and they refuse to answer the phone!!!!! IT MUST BE BUSINESS THEY DO NOT WANT, I WONDER WHAT THE OWNER WILL SAY. We did not just want a replacement we came to order....finally made it through the drive through... order was denied....... Replacement refused.. what the F##### WASTED AN HOUR TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE BURNING FUEL AND STILL NO FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!AND NO MGT ON SITE????We went to the one at Valencia and I-10. Fast friendly customer service professional attitude the order made correctly the first time and the lobby was open and clean!!!! Those guys could learn a thing or two... scratch that A LOT THOSE GUYS COULD LEARN A LOT FROM YOU GUYS AT THIS LOCATION
There was no one in there but one Gentlemen before us he only ordered 4 tacos he waited 20 to 30 mins for just that we ordered just 2 boxes of mini tacos took 25 mins to get wich is ridiculous but anyway we get home and it seemed they was in a hurry to make our food and i go to open my box of mini tacos and the hot stuff they had on them splashed into my eye and it was horrible ...dont get me wrong they were good but my eye is still burning???? The sauce was everywhere in the box all over the top of box it was crazy!!! Just to comfirm it was the mini nacho tacos. I just dont get it how We pay for something and we get it service like that???
Is rather spend five minutes waiting for good fast food rather than get my food in 2 minutes because they double dipped my eggrolls.. for fast food I think their egg rolls are good but not dipped twice .. they are supposed to throw away the food after a certain time of sitting in the basket not put back in fryer!! DISAPPOINTED
