I went to this location hoping to get some service. When I get there to order they're to order in Is the drive-through. I'm told it they'll be open in another 20 minutes.. I thought this location was a 24 hour Jack in the Box Box as it's Listed. Extremely disappointed. On my way to work hoping to get Something to eat. Now I just don't have time.
I no longer do reviews on Google maps because Google removes reviews they don't like and stone walls when you ask why. Consequently Google reviews are not accurate and you shouldn't use them to decide which businesses to patronize.
Burger was alright curly fries were cold despite that I kindly asked them to be dropped fresh.
I really like the freshly made breakfast jack, the hash browns are ok but always a little greasy. Love their fresh fries. Always crispy and tasty.
I went there and food wasnt cooked right at all very disrespectful employees I tryd calling the store multiple times and no answer I payed for food and didn’t get everything I ordered I will not be returning to this store again this happened to me twice
Thank you for great customer service. I was in for breakfast yesterday and was helped by a young lady with an amazing smile. Mackenzie should be a manager. She was so nice and helpful.
Annabel was working all alone today and made my food, nothing was missing and I had a somewhat large order that did end up taking a little longer but I had no problem with that because her customer service was amazing. I don’t always have the best experience at this location but Annabel was lovely and I hope they are paying her well.
One in every three times I order food here, I find hair in it. This restaurant should be closed due to complete disregard of health and safety standards.
This restaurant is not very good. I ordered food and it said my order was ready. My Uber eats driver sat there for 25+ minutes waiting for my food. On top of that they would not answer the phone when I called.
The workers and management here are absolutely abysmal. As someone that had worked fast food before, it's sad to see such a lack of customer service and care for your customers. I've had multiple issues with this store when ordering from them, and this time was the last straw. I was treated extremely rudely, which I didn't mind much considering they were busy and I get it.. but then the box of regular tiny tacos I received was filled with curly fries and piled with 3 different sauces to cover them up. I don't know who thought that replacing my tiny tacos secretly was a good idea, but I genuinely hope that they find themselves without employment soon, and I will never be spending my money at this location again.
