I have mixed feelings about this location. It might just be the worst one around. I came here in November during broad daylight and the staff had locked the doors and refused to let anyone in, even though there were other people dining in. I was here earlier this year and used the drive thru lane and they told me they were closed even though it was early. Something is almost always broken or down. But I was just recently there and was surprised that the staff actually let us in and were friendly, and the restaurant and bathroom were very clean and maintained. The problem was the food. The cheese tasted old, the Coke was green (GREEN!!!), and the Girlscout milkshake was very bland and white, when it should have been caramel brown. The only thing that tasted excellent were the fries!

After a busy day at work I decided to stop by at jack. Never had a problem, Always been greeted by Friendly staff with a smile. On Sunday morning around the hours of 10:00 am (07-10-22) , I noticed it was busy. Mostly every worker was working hard keeping up with orders. While I was waiting in the lobby for my order to be taken care of, I noticed a big lady with maybe red hair and glasses and a face mask. she said she’d be right with me with an attitude and rolled her eyes. As I saw her walk away to go “help” her co- workers I noticed she just stood there watching her co- workers without offering any help ,leaving me in the lobby for like maybe 10- 15 minutes it was ridiculous. Until one of the staff members noticed me and took care of me right away and apologized for the inconvenience. Way to go jack employees!

Went there tonight, and they don't greet anyone and when you do get a person to take your order they are very rude and act as though you are inconvenienceing them. The guy dropped the food bags on the counter never said anything. Just drops them and walks away. Another customer didn't get the fries he ordered so the guy put them in a bag walked over the man and tapped his shoulder with the bag. The place was disgustingly dirty. Our food was so so. This was my second and last trip there.

The lobby is always closed and they are often not taking orders. Don't waste your time. They should just close.

Food was just ok. Wait time was horrendous. So bad that I had to yell at the young girl behind me in the drive-thru to stop honking her horn. Wasn't accomplishing anything. I was very patient as I know most of these places are short staffed right now. Once I got my order I realized they forgot to give me part of my order and had to wait again to get the rest of it. I will probably avoid this place next time. Was not worth the hassle.

Food is decent. Never seem to get fries right and in my opinion a bit pricy but seems they all are nowadays

The service was horrible, food was cold, took over 10 minutes to even take our order at the drive thru. My husband ordered his burger with a extra patty and they put a regular patty and added a kids patty for the extra patty. When we got home we called they said the were closed and that apparently they had no manager to speak with, told us to call in the morning to speak with manager. I would not waste your time or money at this Jack In The Box location. Go somewhere else with better service and food.

Worst customer service all the workers had a very bad attitude they closed the dining room being short staffed which I understand but to get mad because I had 6 orders then to tell me to go to a different jack in the box that is a long distance for me thankfully the. Manager told them to take my orders I don't recommend this location to anyone I will never go back there specially to be treated like that and hear them causing about it in the background

Absolutely the worst experience...in every way. My wife went in to pick up our order, that was supposed to be ready. Not. The gentleman apologized and said he was going to start.....start, our order. OK. Now, my wife, waiting for 12+ mins notices that there were some discrepancies in the restaurant. A woman behind the counter that my wife described as being on drugs seemed unaware of her duties. The food was terrible. Absolutely nothing like I expected. Just awful. Been a customer of jack in the box for over 40yrs. Don't know what the issue was but worst experience at a jack in the box.....ever.

Hands down worst fast food experience I've ever had We arrived around 10:40 and was the 2nd car in drive thru. It took over 20min for us to be able to place and order (3 meals). Got our order and realized as pulling off we were missing a sandwich. Signs said dining room was open until 12, store 24hrs. We pulled into a spot and went to run in and the door was locked. We got back in the drive thru, again 2nd car, and we didn't even get to the window u til 11:40. The guy asked us to pull around and they would bring it out. At 11:50 we decided to get back in the drive thru line. As we pulled up we were told they were no longer taking orders and we told him who.we.were and he said pull around. He gave us the sandwich and we left. Over an hr after we first got there. Atop that, the food was cold, fries stale, and the sandwiches bread was rubbery. It all tasted old and was disappointing.
