Worst place to grab a quick bite to eat. Our order was all wrong and the salad was 75% old browning lettuce,and no dressing or toppings as specified on menu. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and instead got some made up grilled chicken sandwich with spicy sauce which wasn't very edible at all. On top of that waited 25 minutes in the front of the restaurant to receive the most disgusting food ever.
Ordered a grilled cheese stacked burger munchie meal. There was no cheese in between the slices of bread (as advertised "grilled cheese"),tomato when requested none,and looked overall very unappetizing.
Service sucks tried to call because my order was ALL WRONG NoOne would answer the phone, called 12 times n still no answer.. Half my order was missing,train your workers or get someone to watch them to get orders right.. Can't even get a refund for all the food I paid for but never got..
Gave them a call to tell them they forgot an item which I had ordered and paid for, and the supervisor at the time tells me with attitude so what do you want me to do about it I'd figure a supervisor should know their job.....
Someone needs to train the manager and his cashier on how to take a credit card payment…They just threw my food away because my magnetic strip didn’t work, they literally just told me that the system only reads using the magnetic strip.Sorry but that’s not true, that is actually a little ridiculous to even say to a customer when any system that isn’t 20 years old has numerous ways to run the card. Manually is common sense but nope because they don’t know how to do it.Thanks guys!
THEY ALWAYS SERVE ME AT THE DINING ROOM TABLE THAT I SIT AT THE FRESH FOOD (TACOS) THAT I LOVE AND HAVE EVERY DAY!!! MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE FOOD BY FAR!!!
I've liked jack in the box for years. Something about their tacos, but the added items are good too. I like their chicken club salad?
Just attempted to go to the drive thru at 11pm Saturday Night 4/02/22. Was told that unless I had an Uber order or Door Dash Order that I basically couldn't be helped. Ended up going to Taco Bell instead where I was told that they have had a few customers say the same thing to them about Jack in the not taking drive thru orders. Obviously not at 24 hr location if that's how they do it. And not only that but I live a block up the road. You really expect me to order my food online and pay the extra service cost. When I clearly don't mind coming to the drive thru. I'd have to come to the drive thru to pick up my orders anyways. I used to work fast food closing. And clearly the issue here is that drive thru and Delivery apps BOTH get busy. So to make it easier on themselves they either choose to shut down the app. Or shut down drive up orders in the drive thru. Clearly which ever one they feel is more busy.
By far the most lazy fast food workers I have ever come across.As I pulled into the drive thru to order no one attended me for 10 minutes,I then later went to the window and it was empty but the lights were on and the place was supposedly open.After waiting 10 minutes I decided to leave and while driving away I looked inside the restaurant through the window and there they were sitting down on their phones.Bunch of lazy punks if you ask me .
Tacos were so good they never disappoint but it took them 10 mins to give me my 4 tacos and 1 drink which was super watered down n gross ?
