"VOMIT" I am speechless at how bad this place is in every way. I was so angry at what they gave me. It only took an additional 17 minutes to drive around the building and get back to the window to hear the explanation. Was just a whole lot of who cares. No apology just excuses.This was the 2nd time I have been to jack in the box in 35 years. My advise, "RUN". Makes Burger Barf seem like a gourmet restaraunt. 1 star is far too generous for this slum
New manager Shannon has changed this place around. No longer have to wait 10+ min for a drive thru order and the best part she is able to have the “chef” make my mini tacos the way I like em which is an old menu item, but still is able to accommodate my order! Thank you Shannon! And Jack in the box DM for adding her to this store!
When patronizing this store l found the staff to be very pleasant and extremely courteous. I found my food to be excellent, not only meeting, but exceeding my expectations.This area of town has sadly spiraled into a homeless camp cesspool. I was panhandled on my way in, again in the dining room and repeatedly again as l left the property. While the "unsheltered population" that seems to gravitate to this location isn't this establishments problem, this should be a contributing factor in your decision to expose yourself to severe aggressive panhandling when choosing to do business with this store.Sadly eating here proved to be a un-nerving and creepy experience were l felt molested by swarms of unsheltered aggressive panhandlers. While my safety was never in question, l won't be returning to this store in the future out of safety concerns.
Health and safety lol Their goal..... this place is over ran by homeless people NO SECURITY.....this place has bugs in their food.....bring food up to employee and assist has no care about it or the inconvenience of doing her job....this place truly truly sucks stay clear....I won't be back.......
The area was littered with trash. I did a mobile order and when I arrived there were employees sitting outside the rear door on crates. I motioned to them I would see them at the drive thru window. I waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came to window. I did not see anyone inside at all. I just left. I had already paid through the mobile app. When I tried to call the restaurant to have them cancell my order and return my money, there was no answer.Horrible experience.
Bunch of crack heads hanging out. Couldn't even use the restrooms Because there were people in them doing drugs. The service was slow and the lady behind the counter didn't know what she was doing, besides the food was awful
Never open after 10 pm even though they’re hours are “24 hours” homeless people are the best part of this experience. At least they are more polite then the staff and can off me some sort of food even if it’s a squirrel roasted over a garbage fire… Why do I need to place an online order even though you’re supposed closed anyway. The employees definitely claim to be closed even though they’re not, can you blame them though ? All I want is a delicious munchie meal
My dog just got ran over by a city bus and I went to get some food to cope with the pain. But apparently they are "closed". But like just say you are closed online, why put you are open on Google. I mean... if I was working there at 1am i would say I was closed too so i could just chill and watch tiktoks all night until my shift was over. In fact, that's probably what just happened. Oh well, Guess I saved myself from some mediocre food anyways. Maybe one day I'll come back here. But it should definitely be at noon and I better pray that there is at least 45 employees there so I can get service
Its in a location where your better off going thru the drive thru people are always standing outside asking for change. But the tacos were okay. The manager on duty was yelling at the crew member for serving me my food before the guest who came in after me because I wasn't a "regular" ? Its wasnt ok for the manager to yell at the crew member in general but definitely not in front of the customers. HIGHLY unprofessional
You say you're open, but not so much. Stopped in for a late meal after work and nothin. Lights were on, everything seemed like we're good to go. Got pan handled twice in the drive thru while talking to nobody at the speaker. You'd have a better chance scoring some meth than a burger. The Jack in the Box up the street is WAY better. Do yourself a favor and keep driving!
