La comida no estaba terminada de cocinar estaba cruda. El servicio fue muy malo… when i asked for salsas they told they were in the bag i got home and no salsas were there. They seem to be in a hurry but there was only one car in in front of me
always understaffed they didnt even take out order and this was not the first time this has happened. never going to that location again
The cashier was so friendly and actually listened to me, when i asked for a handful of hot sauces.. He gave me damn near a whole bag of them!! BEST Jack in the box EVER!! Thank you so much for the great service!! ❤️?
Worst terrible customer service EVER!!! If you don't like serving people, get a different job. No good morning, no have a nice day....literally handed the bags to us and immediately closed the window. Will not be going back. I would rather drive 30 minutes to go somewhere else.
So tired of every lobby closing before 10 pm. We wanted to go sit down and not go through a drive thru. Never got food and staff were very rude . Never ate and won't go back again
Customers were rude when I asked him to remake my order the lettuce in the tacos was old and when they remade my order my tacos had extra lettuce when I asked for no extra lettuce!!! Bad service
Love this Jack. The young lady who works overnights on the weekend is absolutely great! Always polite and quick to offer assistance.

Was on my way to get Tacos but decided to go for a sourdough jack! Love those. When I ordered I asked for the sandwich with lettuce and curly fries.I got asked what drink I wanted, so i just went with it. But it really sucks that when I got home I found that my burger was missing the best parts of the sourdough jack, bacon, 2nd patty and cheese! Ahhhh!
Go late at night food is nice n hot took my friend Ciela last night hadn't had their tacos in 30 years....still taste the same ??......breakfast Jack's are yummy ??
