My van had 2 flat tires across the street at 11pm Kaleb & Samantha locked me in lobby and kept me safe saved me thank u so much and tacos were excellent too. ? ?Awesome
This place was not open yesterday at 230pm when I came by for some tacos!! Jack needs to compete on his hourly wage from McDonald's across with their $14 hr and do on the spot hiring.
This is the worst location In Tucson. Try to avoid this location at all costs. I can say I’ve been here way more times than I should have been, I keep trying just hoping they’ll finally get it right, but they prove me wrong every time.There’s been times I waited forever for food, usually between 20-45 minutes, this is always at night time, and there’s usually only 4 to 5 cars in the drive through, so it baffles me every time how long it takes. They are very slow.Also, how do you run out of tacos? The lady at the speaker said they were out of tacos, so I ordered tiny tacos instead. I then asked for ranch and hot sauce with them. This one particular time they gave me red hot buffalo sauce instead of hot taco sauce. If I am ordering TACOS, wouldn’t you think that when I ask for hot sauce, that I want HOT TACO SAUCE? Not HOT BUFFALO SAUCE? I don’t understand the confusion with that one but it was frustrating getting home and not being able to enjoy my food right. They also didn’t give me a single napkin, which is common so I guess I can’t complain about that.The people at the drive through seem to always hate their job, except for one gentleman who is always cheery which is appreciative. It’d be nice to get just a bit of better customer service/empathy/competence at this location, no matter whether is 2am or 2pm the service should always be the same.
Anastasia/stacy was a great person who went above and beyond. Food was hot , prepared right and hot. Milk shakes were great. She asked all the questions, ketchup , napkins sauce for chicken nuggets. She was nice-not rude,smile and a great change from other jack in boxes.will definitely go back.
EDIT: I have reached out twice on that link and nobody is responding to me.They can never make milkshakes here, machine is always broken or being cleaned. Orders on the app are usually made wrong or not even what was ordered. App refunds are difficult and take a long time to achieve. Long wait time in drive thru. This location used to be a lot better but something happened here, not sure if it’s management style or something else.To top it all off, I’m supposedly owed a replacement combo meal from the last time my order was messed up here but I can’t get them to even honor that.
Don’t plan on going here if you want to eat food, be served, or have a normal dining experience. Seriously a 50% chance they’ll close the drive through in front of you, ignore you on the speaker completely for minutes on end while they chat with their friends in front of the restaurant. Seriously not worth your time.
2nd and last time here. The Night crew is the worst. Lady at the drive thru window looked like she was on drugs. Waited almost 10mins to order then almost another 20mins for our food. Witnessed a worker smoking in the lobby. No receipt given...Im sure I was over charged/ charged wrong. Horrible experience!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt the 1st time, nope should've never came back a second time.?♀️
it's been awhile since we have been here ..stop by for breakfast and it was supper yummy...they let me use coupons with no hassle....all the sandwiches were made fresh to order...the cashier was very friendly and so were the people in the back....we will definitely be back again for our breakfast sandwiches..thank you
WORST location in town. Once it gets dark they just stop taking orders. They claim the computers don’t work, and they ice cream machines are broken etc. Literally don’t take any orders after 10pm. This has happened 3 separate nights. This place will be out of business soon.
Great service! The Gentleman in the drive through there was great at his job! Asked me what I needed and explained our order before he proceeded with the rest of my order! Great service thank you! Very fast!
