So we were there around 820pm there had been a spill on the floor and no one bothered. Not even the guy that went outside to take his break... not to mention there was this lady working the fryer. I saw her touch her nose and continue to touch the food! I immediately said something to her and she got upset over it. ??? Really! not only that but she was eating while prepping food!! This location used to be on point! Now the wait time is horrible! Definitely NOT going back sorry not sorry
Don't waste your money on the jackadilla. They used nacho cheese and the bacon was on the outside of the tortilla. It sounded really good when I saw it on the menu but then when I opened my tin foil bag I lost my appetite.
Placed a mobile order at your 3326 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85716 location and the system accepted the order. This location claims to be open 24 hours. Then when I got there they said they were closed, even though it's a 24 hour location. I said ok fine then give me my money back, and they said sorry they can't because the drawer is closed. I'm sorry what? Then open it back up! A 24 hour store should be doing business 24 hours. The person said they couldn't do anything for me so I left extremely angry. Fast forward the next following days I've been calling this location to see if they can now make my food and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I just went in person and they again said that they couldn't make my food because no manager was present. I asked for the number to the manager and they lied and gave me the number to their store that I've already called like 20 times. This location needs to get their act together and I will be sending this to corporate as well. Will be posting on Google reviews as well. If you can remedy this situation I will update my review. As of now I've tried MANY times to have my food made that I paid for over a week ago and at this point I'm done.
I waited over 10 minutes for tacos, fries and rice. The tacos were over cooked and and had hardly any meat or lettuce in them. The fries were old and cold and I had to go back in because they didn't put the rice in the bag. I ended up returning all my food. The lady at the counter told me there was only 3 of them so they were not able to do a good job.
Want fast food, don't go there, took me 45 min at almost 9 pm, 4 cars ahead of me, when I finally got to the window still took almost 10 min!! Every order ahead of me they did the same, did not have anything ready and not even an apology for the delay and they forgot the napkins!!! Stay away!!
well don't go on a late Friday night I waited In the drive thur for an whole hour. Too get my order. But I will have too say the nice girl running the drive thur was doing her best getting all the orders out.
My friends mobile order was never received. The girl at the drive through said that he should pull around and wait out front while she talks with the manager. After 15 minutes of waiting out front we knock on the front door (it was locked) and it turns out that the manager wasn't even there which is why the door was locked. She said that she tried to call the manager. So we waited another 10 minutes out front and still no answer. We waited until an employee that was in the parking lot came back inside so they had to open the door and speak with us. She told us that there was nothing she could do. We showed her that the location was correct and showed the confirmation on the app as well as the email literally all the proof possible but she refused to help. So we paid for the order already but had to drive away with no food. Very frustrating.
This is normally our go-to Jack and the Box location however the quality of food has gone down drastically. The staff (drive-thru) we're not friendly and kept asking "is that it" after every single item we ordered. The bread on the chicken sandwiches were smashed down, and the lettuce was off to the side and wrapped up not even on the sandwich. Super disappointing.
If I could rate this place lower I would. The past two days I’ve attempted to order door dash thru this location. Both times my orders were canceled the first was canceled because she just randomly closed the restaurant. And the second my dasher waited there for almost an hour before having to cancel it. So I called the store for her to inform me that she unplugged the DoorDash system but didn’t bother to let DoorDash know so you’re still able to place orders on the app but none of us ever receive our food ! When I told her that she needed to report that to DoorDash she got very rude with me verbally and then hung up the phone !!
Outstanding, even though there were only 2 staff there that day they went out of their way and the breakfast jack was fresh.
