Horrible experience. Came through drive through at 10:40 pm. Sat behind three cars to be told at the speaker that they were only serving Uber and Door Dash because they were understaffed. We could not get out and had four cars behind us. We ask for a manager and got a very rude employee that actually came through the back door and got very loud and called us dummies. We ask for the corporate number and he got louder and I felt very threatened. He said his name was Joseph Hubbard and he didn't care who we called or complained to it didn't affect him either way. I Will be contacting the location manager and area director and corporate offices. Joseph Hubbard was lucky I didn't call the police tonight. I am 60 years old and he had no right to come outside and threaten us.
Sat in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes for an Uber eats order. The staff was a joke and blamed me for people in the past screwing up the previous orders
I will never go back to the J in T B on Grant and Palo Verde again. The last 4 times that I have went there they messed up my orders, gave me the wrong food,cold fries, no tomato or lettuce on the burgers and no cheese. When I had to take the whole order back the Manager treated me like I was stupid and after 10 mins gave me the food I DID order but like I was an inconvenience.
2am on a Saturday night is not the ideal time to stop by apparently. I was in that line for 42 minutes and had to sit at the window for another 6 minutes before finally being handed my order. Though I can say that the 2 cars in front of me were fully seated so maybe all the other cars were parties of 4+ all ordering separately and that's what slowed down the kitchen somehow. Either way I was happy to not be in the line anymore. Maybe they just need a bigger lot and a few more staff on hand. At least the order was correct but I only ordered 2 items so it wasn't a hard task to begin with.
We just ate here and the gentleman who attended to us was so kind and professional. The restaurant was clean, the food was really amazing and our meals really did look like the commercials. My family and I appreciated the delicious food, and very kind and professional folks who helps us tonight.
This one was very dirty. Lots of flies, with it being summer I was hoping for a place to cool off with my kids and eat, it was so hit in there, and there was a homeless guy sitting in the corner. He had a cup of water on the table and was sleep. It smelled pretty bad in there. I did tell someone I left so I'm not sure if the problem was resolved.
very helpful and courteous staff, great deals and clean location, orders was fresh and correct, will visit soon again!
It was mediocre service and quality although their Ultimate series of burgers are the very best they offer, my opinion.
Asked for a large coffee 4 times with 3 cream and 3 sugar. She tried to hand me a small. Asked the manager for the large with the cream and sugar. Was told they cannot put it in the coffee. I asked if it was in the bag, the manager said yes. Of course it wasn't in the bag. very slow drive through and they couldn't get the order right if their life depended on it. Never going back. Update. Then i start to eat my breakfast sandwich and it's full of egg shells.
Tiny tacos were good. Messed up our order. No ice for drinks unless you ask. Limited menu.
