It appears that this establishment doesn't want sales. For over a year, they have CANCELLED EVERY DELIVERY ORDER FROM FRIENDS AND I. The franchisee or corporate management here has to be completely AWOL.
They removed the chairs for some reason. They used to be here and it was nice to sit down but now I have to stand while waiting. Pretty stupid. Cookies are good though.
Absolutely DELICIOUS! This was the first time my family and I had ever been in and let me tell you it was worth the wait!My daughter loved her cookie of choice “Birthday Cake” my son “chocolate chunk” and my husband and I the yummy berrys and cream!I was personally floored with the service we received. Jacob was so personable and kind. The manager onsite Haley was extremely friendly and kind as well as great when it came to her customer service she made sure my little girl even had extra napkins for her hands and face.The store was clean and the environment was friendly! I HIGHLY recommend Insomnia for your sweet tooth needs. I guarantee we will return as often as possible!
MAAAAAAANNNN LOOK!!!! This was my first visit there and let me tell you. That Smores Cookie took me to HEAVEN and back with EVERY bite. I heard the Angels singing in all their Heavenly bliss. I almost sang to this cookie about how good it is KNOWING it can't hear me. And the Ice Cream, don't get me started. That was creamy, had lots of strawberries and made me hit high notes I didn't know I could hit. Im serious about this place, try it out. The prices are good as well and won't jump into your pocket
I ordered a 50 box a day ahead, for an employee appreciation birthday and Anniversary celebration. Ordered for delivery at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 1st. 3:00 p.m. comes and no cookies. I call to be told they had no driver to deliver. They offer text updates and ask for email & mobile phone. I received no message, no text, no email. I had to pick them up from a downtown location with no parking and 2 MAJOR festivals going on! What a nightmare.
Amazing service! Great food. We were discussing what we were gonna get and the guy said, "I heard brownie." He gave me a brownie with a spoon. Same thing with everyone in the party. We got all our food then paid. Quick and simple. Thanks to the guy with glasses!
Guy at the register was real chill and helpful. We got two s'mores cookies and a cookie-wich which was two cookies with frosting between them. Let me tell you: everything was awesome. If I had even one thing to "complain" about it was that there was a lot of frosting between the cookies. Give this place your business!
Really good cookies and friendly people but they seem to be understaffed and it takes a long time to get orders. I ordered ahead but it wasn't ready at the pickup time... 20 minutes later before I could enjoy my cookies.
Girls are rude and rush you. Cookies are great not as good as some others but the staff is just rude. Upgrade your staff. The world is ugly enough don't want mean people too.
