I absolutely love in n out usually! Happen to be on this side of town, so I went to Broadway location instead. Girl at the front didn’t say anything to me when it was my time to order so I begin ordering. I finish , she doesn’t read it back to me & then I wait. Food comes out & instead of a “thank you” or “have a nice day” she said “here you go” in a plain voice & started to walk away. I then asked for a few sauce packets which she got. Once I leave, I realize she had also not heard me & left off a topping on part of the order. I wasn’t charged , so no need to go back, but could have been avoided if she read me the order & definitely not the most friendly experience. Unfortunate.
Being from Cali I have a passion for In-N-Out Burger. My family and I really enjoy the burgers. Amazingly a family of four can walkout of the restaurant for under 35 which is a good deal these days. You can't even do that McDonald's. Don't take my word for it try it for yourself. If you like lemonade I would highly recommend the pink lemonade.
Good food & friendly service. Just enough parking for weekday lunch crowd.
We were a party of 5, we ordered 6 hamburgers and 4 orders of fries. The place was busy but not crowded. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My hubby was disappointed that there wasn't a chicken sandwich on the menu. We had a great time and laughed about things that happened when they were kids. We'll definitely go there again.

Good food, good price. Would've been 5 stars. But i found a larger chunk of plastic in my fries. i really didn't appreciate it, and considering it wasn't that busy at the time I'd expect a higher standard of quality.

Disgusting, they have prepackaged beef from who knows where, they don't know how to cut a potato, so I got prepackaged frozen fries. Just all around nasty, I came from Montana and heard its good. I don't think so, very nasty and not quality food. Something that is impossible to find in big city's.
Had a great experience customer service is usually on point as well . Hamburger was properly cooked and all ingredients definitely on point just sucked that my fried were freezing cold when I got them . It was so busy I wish I was able to get my order remade . Is there a way to do that?Other than fantastic
