Worst drive through experience ever! You guys can’t handle a screw up no matter how much you make. Pull around? After I waited in the drive through. Then go inside and you still don’t have a clue and you had my order in your computer. Then gave me my order and still screwed it up. Not happy at all with this place. I’ll be back. See if they got there stuff together. Just cause you pay them more don’t make them smart. This location is garbage. No manager was involved and were more concerned about there drive through than the gusto they just screwed. If I wouldn’t of told them what my order was they didn’t know? They all looked lost and confused. Pitiful this is what it’s come to. Again no manager. And I yelled pretty loud!
Oh My Gosh! I just love In-N-Out. The burgers were freshly cooked and the shoestring French fries were delicious. Loved this location! Friendly staff, clean lobby, AND clean restrooms. Easy access to and from I-10.
First time at an In and Out. If you've never been you need to know they only sell 3 burgers; hamburger, cheeseburger and double cheeseburger. No chicken, no fish, no tofu or bean burgers, just cheeseburgers. Everything is made fresh. They make a Neapolitan shake that's not on the menu. Also ask for the animal fries. Also not on the menu.
It's an In & Out burger. They all hold a pretty good standard. Consistently polite, cleanly, awesome shakes ect. Simple menu and friendly service. Not the best burgers in the world but dude it's cheap, fast, clean and consistent
juicy and flavorful. fries, when they're not are the bomb.
a resident of Massachusetts this place is bomb asf .. except the fries cold and old .. other than that there burgers are to die for . they serve it in a cardboard carry tray . I would rate it 4 out of 5 condiering my fries were piss cold. js
The shake was fantastic, the burger was super good as well. The fries were not as hot asI'd like them but still good. the guy that took our order was super friendly.
We had lunch here as a tribute to a dear friend who recently passed away. This was her favorite restaurant chain. The burgers were good as were the fries. The lobby on the other hand was a mess. Tables were dirty! Luckily I carry Clorox wipes!
If I am dealing with insomnia my sleep schedule gets kind of crazy and I often will be up late. Except weekends it gets pretty vacant late and I enjoy taking some reading or if I am studying something I will do it before and after the food is ready after I have eaten slowly chewing and enjoying the consistent flavors of a nice juicy burger heave on the spread if there is plenty of lettuce, depending upon whom is preparing the burger and how close to the end of the night it and the spread are the only variable amounts on the burger. Food tastes great and it is an occasional treat to have some red meat. Given I am older I have had to choose wisely on my selection of red meat as well as reduce it's intake for heat health and other reasons provided by most doctors.So, if I am going to have a great burger I go where the staff is pleasant and will actually chat if not busy, rarely are they not as they are diligent hard working people. If Marissa is working she always has a kind word and I have frequented enough I've the past 3 years to have short brief conversations. Her bubbly personality and smile are always enjoyed. Going through drive thru several times years ago I enjoyed hearing her voice on the speaker as she was quick and accurate taking my order and super fun to interact with... Several of the young men and women might remind you of past school classmates years or decades ago by similarity of their voice or pitch and cadence and always pleasant tone. Even fast food can be fun when you engage with they folks who take your order being kind to them and pleasant and often the outgoing or those who see your interest in how their day has been or other small talk. They see your interest or conversation is genuine and not just idle pleasantry.Life is all about relationships with others really and being kind and pleasant and genuine in your interactions and getting to know the people you interact with is both interesting and kind and compassionate in today's work often is rushed and chaotic, and so impersonal. You need not be praying into people's lives but once they realize you are not being some strange older person who is trying to get them to chat and be creepy or just odd, I hate too much familiarity too fast, then they sometimes open up to conversation and recognize you. Makes life more pleasant and you can have really great experiences even in fast food places you like and enjoy. When it is Late and you aren't making it difficult for others to find a place to enjoy their meal you and friends or you alone can hang out for a while and have long conversations with friends catching up or enjoy reading a good book or studying something where you need to write things the clean inviting atmosphere with enough buzz of conversations to not hear any other conversations but it is almost brown noise or grey noise. The air handlers recycle the air a lot with high flow rates to keep the air both clean and the restaurant a consistent temperature which is good during the pandemic if you take precautions if you are eating with others about and observe enough space you can remain CoVID free at places easily at Chick-fil-A on Ina because of hospital grade air sanitizers and very high flow rates. Seems In-N-Out is much cooler than I would prefer but the flow rates are pretty high. If I were concerned about catching the virus I would eat outside or in my car if they are really busy. Depends a lot on your health and risk and immune system...
