I got there early for an order I placed online and the staff was very attentive. They did everything they could to put my order together faster. I told them that I was early and it was fine I would wait, but they still got my order ready quickly. The food was delicious and fresh.

Breakfast took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table. I did not see a manager on the floor. Busser left spilled ice on floor. We did not have a good experience. When I asked to speak with manager, there was no one available.

I ordered the blueberry French toast with a side of four bacon strips, $15 later my jaw hit the floor. $15 for three slices of bread, exactly 14 blueberries, and four strips of bacon. I sure wish I was in the business of ripping people off

I wish this place were better. I like their food and the location is roughly a mile from my home. But, unfortunately, throughout the eight-plus years I've lived in this area, each time I give this place another chance the service is always so bad. I don't know why they just can't get it right. When I get a taste for IHOP, I usually go to another location.

I really wish the owners of this place took more pride in their business. I understand that they have to fix their ventilation system to get it up to standards and then they can install the fryers, but it's been MONTHS. How about an update? Or change the menu to better reflect what you don't have? More incentive to come in and frequent the place. I feel bad for the employees because the place isn't nearly as busy as it used to be. It feels like half a restaurant; like they are just opening up the location.

There might have been a staff change, but I miss some of the previous people. There was a new waitress/manager at the time and she humiliated the waiter who was serving us. It was frankly disgusting to see.If you wonder why people are hard to hire and keep around, it's because in this market you need to treat people better. Emotionally abusing and humiliating employees isn't the way. Not that it ever was the way. But you need to not put awful people into positions of power when they are clearly too immature for the responsibility to lead, support and empower others.

I’ve never been to a restaurant where I was treated like family. Jean our server made me and my family feel as such. Friendly, outgoing, professional, and always asking if we needed anything. Thank you Jean for making our family meal feel like special!! You are awesome!!!

The food was amazing and the service was amazing too

Understaffed, but what staff they have are very attentive once seated. (Seating took a while.) Food hot and cooked appropriately; arrived in reasonable time. Waiter and waitress came by fairly often to refill drinks and check on our needs. It was not crowded and we four were between lunch and dinner rush. Three did breakfasts and I a lunch. Staff was in back and made rounds to tables seated keeping us supplied, though like us other arrivals waited until next staff member made checks.

Hot a very positive experience, waited 15 minutes to even be greeted then another 20 minutes to get our drinks and food order to be taken. When the food was finally delivered the orders were wrong and when they got it right it was cold. I understand it was busy but the manager should've scheduled more help as it is rodeo week and they should expect to be busy.
