I mean...it's ihop....Service is always really good at this location. Food was yummy.Of course with inflation happening over the years it's sad that the food serving sizes has dwindled. I feel, that ten years ago, the same thing I ordered then would have covered my plate. Now it seems I see way more plate then food. But I still love going to IHOP!
Horrible food. Nice people but bad service. Had to ask 3 times for silverware. Didn't ask how I wanted my burger cooked. Never came back to check on us for refills or to see how everything was. Or come back to give us our check. Had to go to the hostess for the check. Also saw food prepping in the kitchen and they don't use gloves. She was picking up pancakes by hand to layer the frosting. Disgusting.
I was seated... I had to wait for a waitress. Finally got my water and placed my order. I had to ask 2 times where my food was. Waited 20 mins and food finally came. My toast was hard. I will not be returning to this location. Service sucked
Was disappointed as I ordered turkey sandwich from senior menu as I have done several times in the recent weeks. Received 1/2 sandwich and was told it was because I ordered it on sourdough bread which was different than any other time. Toss salad lettuce was brown and very unappealing. Won’t be eating here again. Service was acceptable.
Never got waited on even for coffee. Sat way too long. They were busy but should have been handled better. Been to busier places with no issue.
IHOP went well it was very busy older servers taking orders which is fine I had one of their new breakfasts which was good pancakes were good as always for some reason they were out of regular coffee and it took him awhile to brew it all in all is a good experience and I'd recommend going to this location
I was there for 15 minutes and the waitress never appeared to ask what we would like to drink. Won't be back.
Waitress had reasons why it took so long to be served, but sounded like she wasn't too happy to be working on Christmas day. If we had somewhere better to be, we would have. I just ordered a side of rings which were just ok.
Server was not very friendly. Took forever to get seated and order. The food came out fast but the eggs were supposed to be over medium and they were almost sunny side up. The bacon wasn't cooked completely and the toast was hard. Place was very dirty and dirty tables for no busier than what they were. Sure wish there was someplace else open 24 hours for late night dinning.
Food is tasty. Small portions, prices really not in line with offering, kind of High. Our waitress/server was very nice and tipped appropriately. Not my 1st choice for food but decided to take a chance. Better options and portion sizes and prices at Biscuits. 2.5 stars because of pricing and small portions.
