All these 3star or above, obviously weren't at the IHOP on Oracle, next to Lowes! Wait was actually very, very, short . There was absolutely no one waiting,(very unusual)on a Saturday morning. Waitress was terrible, slow, did not perform usual waitress tasks, like providing Syrup, napkins, Creamer, as requested, NO checks/inquiries about anything! Avoided signals to fact that service was needed, the one (1) time we did get her attention she was abrupt, leaving before question was even stated completely. Requested items were never brought to the table ie. Creamer, napkins. Pile of stacked dirty dishes, debris, etc. were never removed. Of course, she never asked how things were, can I get you anything else, etc. Could not get the attention of ANYONE.Then the "food" , there wasn't much! Fillings were scant, at best. Flavors were not the same as recieved in prior years, and years, of being a frequent family customers. It was my 91 year old Uncles birthday , I took him to IHOP as it was his favorite breakfast restaurant. No longer, he was sadly disappointed. I realize the Covid epidemic has changed many things, but, this was beyond even that! Also, strangely, the room was freezing, when we stopped someone, and even got the waitress, once, no response was given, verbal or otherwise . Of course, the prices were all inflated , but, that was expected. My uncle and I left with him stating, " I don't think I want to go there again", sad.Upon leaving no attention was given by anyone , approached, etc. I have taken my Uncle to that very IHOP , many, many, times over the years, now he doesn't want to go back to his favorite restaurant!Yes, I left a tip, the bare minimum, as the waitress is living on these tips and it was the right thing to do.UNFORTUNATE!- 1 STAR, if possible.
Went for late night meal with my wife, my daughter and her boyfriend. Delicious meal. We all had breakfast entrées. Place was very clean, good atmosphere, good service and price was right!
I came in to eat here at IHOP tonight around 9:30 p.m. I have been a waitress for 13 years , so we can all assume I know a thing or two about serving guests. First thing first, you always make sure the guest have refills. Secondly , you pre bust the table so the guest isn't surrounded by dirty dishes so they can enjoy their meal. Thirdly , you come back to the table multiple times just to make sure your guest is satisfied with their food and have plenty to drink. None of the things that I have mentioned was done tonight.Second most important thing I have also been a cook for 13 years as well. So when I order my food I know what to expect. When a guest asks for over medium eggs they want the white all the way cooked and the yellow still runny. My eggs were over medium well which means the egg yellow was almost all the way done. Secondly , the hasbrowns that I order were supposed to be scattered crispy. I wanted the extra crunch! Instead I got hasbrowns that was browned on the top and mushy in the middle. I didn't ask for that but still got it.I am highly unsatisfied with the server that I had tonight and the poorly cooked food that I ate because I was hungry and didn't want to go anywhere else .Lastly for the employee working with green hair she should not be shouting she wants to quit her job in the entire restaurant uncalled for and very unprofessional by all means and for her to get upset Infront of customers for having to stay late shouldn't of been addressed on the floor but in the back where it should of happened not in front of us customers she repeatedly told other customers I always tell them meaning the boss she wants to quit her job somebody needs to fire her!!
Last night I just wanna say, that Marylin ( I hope I spelled that right ) did PHENOMENAL, we had a big party of 20.. at LEAST. She provided exceptional customer service, always had our drinks filled, always made sure we were good, not only our table but I did notice she was doing the same at her other tables, even memorized some of our orders without having to ask who ordered what. Outgoing and very kind. We appreciated her wonderful service. Thank you for all the work you have done I promise you it did not go unnoticed ❤️
Place was hopping. We got waited on right away. Food came super quick. Very fresh. Crispy bacon and fluffy pancakes. It was awesome. Definitely a fan
This place needs new Management employees are a reflection of the manager. Employees are rude, cook cant cook cant tell the diffrence beyween toast bread and regular bread. cook cant tell the diffrence between sunny side up and over medium eggs. I dont know if its training or lack off. I would avoid until management cant get their gear in order. customer service lacks or none they screwed up my order 5 times yes you read that right 5 times.
The environment was not the best for eating a meal. Rugs were rolled up and floors were being cleaned all around us. Our waiter did not return to check on us until it was pay-the-check time. The food was okay, but the "greasy" odor in the dining area was impossible to ignore. It discouraged lingering any longer than the time necessary to eat.

We stop at different IHOP locations often, this was by far the best in Tucson.Extremely clean, organized and well run. The staff was efficient, polite and friendly.I could not believe how quickly I was served, the food was fresh and well cooked .For this style of quick breakfast restaurant,I give it a 5 star for all the above reasons, especially when all restaurants have suffered in the last 2 years of this crazy COVID-19 crisis.
Always a great place to eat. The Greeter/Waitress/Cashier was outstanding. Very friendly, quick and knowledgeable about the menu. We enjoyed delicious Steakhouse Hamburgers with Onion Rings from their Hoppy Hour Menu. A bargain at $8.00. We recommend IHOP highly!
