The food was good but service was slow. I originally placed the order online and was notified to hit "arrived" once at the location. Unfortunately no one ever came out until I called to see about my order. One of the worked informed that the app doesn't send the store a notification and to call next time. That's something they really should tell people and fix asap, instead of people waiting for nothing. Other than that they're cool.
Our server was so sweet but holy cow, she was alone. She was hostess, server, and food runner with 15 tables to herself. Service was painfully slow, and it 100% was not her fault. Didn't see any hiring signage so hope the manager isn't making them run that understaffed all the time :(

Victoria was The best Server Ever. She was working the kitchen and Helping the us out at the same time by herself and she did a great job the food was hot and ready cooked to perfection she was nice and took the time to listen to our orders. Easily one of the best employees there Id recommend getting her 110% of the time if you can excellent service from her me and my family we're glad to have her
Slow service. It took five minutes for someone to seat us. Then another ten minutes for the waiter to get to our table. There were maybe five other tables max that were occupied. Then he brought out the appetizer at the same time as the meals…
Ordered breakfast for mothers day. Got the curbside pick up. Told them when I was on my way and all that stuff. Got there, put on the app "I'm here" waited 10 mins in the parking space nothing... called the number it said to call, when they answer I told them I was there for my order and got hung up on in the middle of speaking. So eventually I realized I wasn't going to be attended to so had to go in and get it. Which would have been ok except I specifically asked for curbside pickup.
My fiancé was asked to work for IHOP since they were short on people. I drive him there and so I have to wait for him to get off. I live 2hrs away. They were totally fine with it, but every day they would talk more and more crap about me and the customers in Spanish pretty much how females are just pieces of meat. We had a good experience. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The food came out hot and everything was delicious. Our server was excellent and great with the kids
Cold food, raw mushrooms, and burnt sirloin tips. I'm not sure what is going on but the cost of food has went up but the quality of service and food went all the way down. I will still tip good but man I wish it was better. Even asked for the manager but obviously she was too busy to even stop by the table.
this is the worst place ever. they do not care how long someone waits just to be seated. line almost to the door and the girl was just doing something behind counter ignoring the line. then a guy was waiting to pay and was saying his eggs were cold and waited 30 minutes for his food just for it to be cold. yes I was waiting for a door dash order and witnessed all this. terrible. maybe you should close until you get more employees
