Their flavors are unique, but surprisingly good! You can sample them as well. I mixed the double espresso with salted caramel -amazing! My daughter had to get the unicorn one -had chunks of marshmallow, she loved it. And the two servers were so nice. If an ice cream joint is considered bad during during 100 degree weather, they must be terrible.
Love that there is always great non-dairy flavors! I finally have more than one choice to eat when going out for ice cream!
Unique flavors. Friendly service. The downside is parking. Which is limited unless you don't mind walking a long way. You can take the street car to avoid that.
I usually love this place but whoever the new girl is hates working… she kept trying to get my friends and I to order a cup instead of waffle cone. When we refused she ended up saying there weren’t anymore even though there was a whole rack full. She also made us repeat our order 3 times and got mad at us when she mistook what we ordered.
We've been there three different Sunday afternoons. They only had one person working, the freezer was empty, and quality of products was poor. For example, on the Sunday of 4th Ave Stree fair, they didn't stock the freezer or drinks. The management appears to not care about weekend days, walk ups or anything. We are giving up on this place. Too bad, Bern going downhill for several years now.
It was my first visit to Tuscon and I saw this ice cream shop soon after departing the train. I was excited to try their ice cream since I read it was made on-site locally and they have some interesting flavors, including Honey Lavender, which I really enjoy. I was underwhelmed by the final flavors in the samples I tried but decided to purchase a small scoop anyway. I went with two flavors: Balsamic Strawberry and Queen Bee. I’ve had better ice cream, but I think most people would be satisfied and the price is decent. I enjoyed the ice cream from another nearby shop much better though.
Incredibly generous scoops, decent flavor selection, and very reasonable pricing.The best thing is that their spoons change color when cold. Made the experience level up as it was a fun surprise.Outside seating at a couple of tables and 3 tables inside, but close enough to a ton of other places to sit and eat when busy.
Kinda expensive and they give you the smallest scoops of ice cream. Also the ice cream wasn’t very flavorful. There’s other ice cream places near by that are way better
My daughter wanted to good to the HUB, because they have the lavender ice cream. I tried different flavors to see which one I wanted. I did not like any of the flavors. I ended up getting regular chocolate. All these different flavors were not my cup of tea. I would have given them 3 stars, but since my daughter loved the ice cream there & gives them 5 stars. I will go off my daughter's assessment & give them 5 stars.
Best ice cream in Tucson! I love their flavors and it is served at the perfect temperature. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors.
