Food is good as always. We did not recognize most of the staff except for the bartender who is truly a kind and professional team member. Just a 4 stars as our server could have been a little more attentive and professional. The best part was to view sport TV channels including the AKC competition…I just loved it!
Where do I start. We were seated at a dirty table I had to ask for somebody to clean it. The sweet tea tasted like water. We got tired of waiting for our server to come back so I went to the bar to place an order for Replacement drinks. The food was decent.
We went here for my birthday lunch today and the waitress we had was terrible. Waited 5 mins before even acknowledged. Then the waitress came up to the front and without even saying hi or even a smile she said "how many" after finally getting seated we find out she was out waitress as well... we weren't told of any kind of specials or anything that we were hearing other tables being told. We ordered drinks and an appetizer which came out very fast and was super good and hot! But then she rushed my mother in law through ordering like it was an inconvenience to wait for her. Our wings were absolutely delicious when we got them, we ate asked for a box and then I proceeded to open a few gifts but after the first one the waitress came up and started asking us if we were done and if we wanted the check.. ok I get it you want the table cleared but it's not like you were busy.. I really don't know what the waitresses problem was but it's unacceptable to be so rude especially when you see we were there celebrating a birthday. And to see the other waitresses right around us just so upbeat and bubbly it just makes you feel like you got a dud
Manager came by and ID checked the table after his server checked our IDs. Tried to ask a friend that was drinking water for his ID too. Service was great, Reina is awesome but the manager really made it a bad experience. Don’t know his name; has slick backed hair or (gentleman’s cut)
Waitress attitude both times sucked. Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was pretty good. Drink was pretty good.
Long piece of blonde hair in my food, i usually don't have a problem with this location but this is gross.
This was a clean well maintained location with great staff. Its not for the girls, the food was amazing. Their Mile High Burger option allows u to makena burger you can sit and enjoy. Definitely well worth it.
Nice place. Twice we have been here.both times the service has been very poor. From the time you sit down. It has taken the waitress 10 to 15 minutes to even acknowledge we were there. Then another 10 minutes for them to bring drinks. They need to have better service. Yet both times you see girls flirting with costumers. And not paying attention to regular customers. Sorry to say it but I will go to where I get better service.
A little loud for my taste but the wings and choices of dips were awesome, along with a friendly waitress and drinks
Best fried pickles in town! Fish and chips were awesome like always. Shrimp platter was delicious even the coleslaw had the right amount of dressing and sweet. Food was fast, service was great! Scenery is always appealing. I recommend the Blackberry Long Island Tea! Bartender was so sweet and nice! I also picked up a couple of cute onesies for the grandkids ?
