Is a clean, large facility with friendly and attentive staff. This salsa was very good and they prepare it in front of you. Had the steak and chicken fajitas and they were excellent. Large portions for the money. My girlfriend had the tostada salad and she really liked it. Would definitely eat here again.
Poor service. Will explain later. My tamale looked like corn mush. The enchilada was a combination of white and dark meat. It would have been nice to know that when ordering. Had to wait for a chips refill after asking the waitress several times. Pathetic. The highlight of the meal were the sopappillas. They were good but not good enough to return. Bad experience.

Food here is absolutely amazing. This has become my favorite destination for Mexican food in Tucson. Fresh salsa made table side for you is the best you will have anywhere. Tortillas are also made fresh in store to order. Have yest to find anything our family has ordered that isn't made perfect.
Great service! Huge menu! We had a group of 13 and they handled us really well. We did have one small issue with someone at our table getting the wrong meal and then even the replacement was wrong. But at the point we just dealt with it and didn't say anything.The strawberry jalapeno margarita was HOT! But very big for the money.The fresh made tortillas are so delicious. The fresh made salsa at your table is also amazing.I recommend this place.
Our party of 4 arrived at 5:30pm. The event started out well, seated on the patio, had wonderful table made salsa and chips. Waitress, who presented herself as if she were doing us a favor, took our drink order reasonably promptly. The experience was mostly downhill from there. Drinks arrived after what seemed like forever and our unhappy looking waitress took our order. My wife and I both ordered Lobster enchiladas. We had previously had these at the Prince Rd. location and they were delicious. Other than having our waitress refill water glasses and spill water on the table, we saw no action or food until 7pm! Our "lobster" enchiladas looked fine except for the fact the food was only somewhat warm. On tasting the enchiladas, we both felt that there was little lobster taste but rather a fishy taste. However, after waiting an hour and a half for our food and with our friends eating , we continued on with the meal. When we had finished our meal, the check was promptly presented. Among the charges were 2 halibut enchilada dinners. The odd taste of our "lobster" was evident. When I prepared to pay, I mentioned to the waitress that we were mistakenly served halibut rather than the ordered lobster enchiladas. Her only response was, " that's OK, they are the same price". The menu stated that the halibut enchiladas are 5 dollars more that the lobster. We had a nice evening chatting with friends but won't be returning here for a meal.
What a great dinner! Food was superb.... Fresh made Salsa and Guacamole at your table. Our waiter Jorge was very helpful in recommending food suitable for our east coast pallet. You can watch tortillas being hand made in the restaurant. Two weeks in the Phoenix/Tucson area.... This was definitely the best food we had and Jorge was our best waiter! Food was great! Loved the steak and shrimp Moicajete. I must say this was the best Mexican food I have ever had....
When the wait at the Prince location was well over one hour, let's back track to the location that is about one mile or so from the house! lol. Great, attentive service. Food is exceptional as always. Festive environment, perfect table-side salsa. Frozen margaritas could have been a bit more frozen but for dining later on a Friday night, it was all good.
I went for the first time with family and we had a fantastic experience! The drinks are delicious and the food is great. My favorite part about Guadalajara is how they make the salsa right in front of you and make it to your specifications! I highly recommend trying them if you have not already.
