Amazing lunch: warm chips and fresh salsa, server steered us on the best tasting menu options. Loved the enchiladas verdes and outstanding service.
This grill was not what I expected. I have visited many of Guadalajara's establishments in Tucson. The one on Broadway was not very friendly, asked for napkins and a few other small items and was ignored. We had to ask more than 2 times for these items. The employees were a bit rude and would not look at you when you needed help. I will not be returning to the Broadway location. I have to give the prince and mountain location a triple 5 star.

We were in town for daughter's graduation. She chose this place for her big graduation dinner with family and friends. Had a group of 12 people in our group. They were able to accommodate us quickly. Festive atmosphere. They have a bar area and restaurant seating. Edgardo was our waiter. Great personality and very helpful with menu items and interacting with the whole group. He made sure that all of our needs were met. One of the highlights of our meal was the freshly made salsa and guacamole. First time i have had someone come to the table and make the salsa right there. You chose mild, medium, or hot and the person makes a good sized bowl for you. The Plato Huapango was quite impressive. Plenty of food for 2 people...even 3 people.
Waiter recommended the large platter (Huapanga?) to share for the 3 of us. Way too much food, but still probably didn't spend any more that we would have for 3 separate dinners together. Food tasted quite salty to me (not to my husband or son). Tableside salsa was fun and great tasting. Beef and chicken on the platter were dry, but our visiting mid-Atlantic son enjoyed the experience of it all. Probably won't go back ourselves, though.
Great table side guacamole and salsa. Great service, staff was very nice. Atmosphere was good cute place.
The food was pretty good and great service! Great chips and salsa. They definitely use fresh ingredients.

I have eaten at Guadalajara Grill several times with mostly good experiences. This visit was not. The food overall was not good. Chicken enchilada tasted like out of a can. Friolies where lumpy and dry. Lobster enchiladas were a big disappointment, tiny slivers of lobster. Meals came late. Margarita's tasted watered down. I gave 3 stars because our waiter was outstanding.
