This local restaurant chain was recommended to us by a family member. While I grew up in Southern Arizona I've been away for a while and missed good Mexican food. My children have never had authentic Mexican (or anything close to it).The atmosphere was great here. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and polite. They were attentive to our needs and made two different fresh salsas for us right at our table. One medium and one hot (albeit the hot wasn't hot enough).Each of us enjoyed our meals and left overly full. Next time I come down to visit family again there's a good chance I'll come have a meal here again!
Nice atmosphere, good service, and excellent food. My favorite is the Molcajete Camarones (shrimp). Portions are large so plan to take some home. Try the tableside salsa or guacamole.
Wow!!! What an amazing place… everything on point. For starters the greeting and from our waitress and introduction to our salsa/ guacamole lady was amazing. The guacamole was fresh creamy and very flavorful. The continuous attention and swift service from our waitress just made us feel at home. Lastly the stuffed lobster salmon plate was amazing and delicious to say the least! Thank you Brissa for an awesome evening thank you Guadalajara for a priceless and most memorable evening….
Went here for my husbands birthday. And had an amazing experience! Our waiter Ivan was very attentive and friendly! One of the best services we have had in a long time! The food was fresh and large portions! Everything was top notch! I would highly recommend!!
We had a great experience at the new Guadalajaraâs Grill! We had a 4:00 dinner reservation and I think thatâs the key. It was not very busy, the happy hour margarita was spot on, the food and service were excellent. We left at 5:00 and people were waiting outside so get there earlyâ¦

They promptly honored our reservation and we were seated immediately. Special food requests were not a problem and the wait staff were friendly and professional. The food we ordered was delicious. Decor outstanding.
