Very rude staff- I traveled to the restaurant in person and was turned away - boho on rolls is NOT available for me to pick up, but it is for UBER? No- rude, terrible customer service!!
My wife and I ordered the Alaska roll and the honor roll and they tasted like they were purchased at a 7-Eleven (but for double the cost). For starters the salmon on the Alaska roll is paper thin, and the spicy tuna on top of the honor roll tasted like bumblebee tuna. I would not have ate it if I wasn’t so hungry. I have never had worse sushi at a restaurant.UPDATE: Stop going to this restaurant. It is trash. Anyone claiming that this sushi is good, has never had real sushi. Someone in the reviews said it was the best sushi in Tucson LOL. I have had sushi all over town and none were even close to as bad as Fuku. This place is probably the worst sushi in town hands-down.
Fuku Sushi has delicious menu options & they have never disappointed me in what they served. They always delivered my orders in good time. Once, after dozens of orders, they were late in delivering, so they gave me a whole order on the house. These guys are the best!
My husband and I ordered 7 different rolls and we both really loved all of them. The outdoor seating was super nice and the location and atmosphere was very enjoyable. We will be coming back for sure! Thanks Fuku!
The sushi was decent at best. I was shocked when I ordered a 12.99 roll and only got five small pieces. It was soggy and didn't even come with wasabi. I did order from doordash, so I am taking that into consideration towards the soggyness of it. The flavor was still not reflecive of the price.
Fuku Sushi has bad food and service, all reflected in other reviews here. But even worse, is the comical number of ghost kitchens its willing to operate instead of just fixing their original concept. All of their food across the board is bad, but especially their virtual brand/ghost kitchen menus. Rice smells sour, food that should be hot is cold and food that should be cold is room temperature. This place should be shut down punitively.
Music was playing so loudly that I could not have a conversation with the person sitting across from me. The food was mediocre at best. We got the rainbow roll and it came out shortly after our drinks. It was fine but not great. We also ordered the Vegas roll and that took 20-30 mins to come out after we had finished the rainbow roll. The Vegas roll was tasty but only had 5 pieces in it, so it was not filling and pricey for the amount you got.Pros:Some rolls are tasty (tempura rolls)Cons:Loud music (and drunk people)Long wait for foodFresh rolls are mediocre tastingSmall portion sizes
I don't understand how this place is still in business. They have the worst customer service and the wait time is just wrong. They will skip over you repeatedly and not acknowledge that they helped everyone who came in after you. Someone needs to open a better sushi restaurant across from them that will show appreciation and good customer service.

Wish I could give negative stars. Over two hours to complete order. Still hasn’t left store yet for 3 rolls. First door dash driver left now second has been waiting over an hour and half. Poor customer service. Can’t wait to get my cold food I spend $58 on. Had guest at my house, they left. Don’t support this place and give them business. Even when I called they had a hard time finding my order.
