The smile says it all..I enjoyed the chocolate yogurt which had to be one of the most decadent treats I've ever had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Don't forget to tip ;)
Excellent selection of wonderful flavors! You can sample a few before you decide which one you prefer. Sampling is fun and so many to try so coming here is addictive. Depending on your taste and mood of the day, go fruity, tart, sweet, chocolate, caramel. Yesterday was caramel - recommend. Plus La Encantada is the best place to have a gelato, walk around, people watch, soak in the desert beauty, and Tucson skyline. Good place for “Monsoon watch” in evening as storm clouds build and we hope for the clouds to let loose some rain.
Lovely gelato place with a ton of flavors. I got the espresso chip and it was sooo good. I loved the chips inside the gelato as a texture and the gelato was so smooth and creamy. Utterly delicious. My friend got the strawberry champagne and it was very refreshing. Both gelatos weren't overly sweet, just the right amount of sweetness.
Excellent gelato and friendly staff. Got to try several flavors before deciding to choose a large cup of ice cream.Thanks for the great service.
My wife and I were visiting from San Francisco for a business conference and Manager(?) Gavin was very rude, had headphones in, and was constantly on his phone. I believe I saw him pull cash out of the drawer and pocket it. Overall a very unprofessional and young staff. Gelato was great, but the business itself needs some work.
Hands down the best gelato I have ever had. Better than the best ice cream I have had. The sea salt caramel in particular is outstanding.
I love the Frost gelato, but the staff at this store tend to be careless and just act like they can't be bothered. This evening the employee didn't fill up my cup, and I asked if she minded filling it to the top. She stared at me, added the amount of a small spoonful (still not full), handed it back to me, still with eye contact but without a word during the whole 'conversation'. I thanked her, assuming she'd had a bad day. Expensive cup of gelato, weird interaction with staff, I probably will not spend my money here in the future.
Not only good gelato but an amazing assortment of flavors. Samples are provided free of charge. I enjoyed the seaside caramel, which has a bit of salt. Delicious!
My favorite dessert place in Tucson, and the best Gelato I have had anywhere. Always on top of my list when visited Tucson. Yay for samples again, as there as always too many flavors for me to decide!
Decided to go here for dessert instead of RA's pricey desserts. Excellent choice. Their Strawberry yogurt, and raspberry gelatos were TO. DIE. FOR. Amazing flavor, nice staff. They were patient in explaining which frozen treats did and did not contain lactose since some of us had an issue with that. Over all super wonderful and i am DEF going back.
