GREAT Catering DELICIOUS Gelato!We have been going to FROST on Tanque Verde for a long time and always enjoyed the professional service and the yummy gelato. We liked it so much, we booked them for our son’s High School Graduation. Our guests were delighted with our good taste! The gelato was amazing—we were able to offer 6 flavors for the party. We picked Strawberry-champagne, Lemon, Peanut Biagigi (famous!), chocolate, Lotus, and Violet. FROST was an immediate hit among our guests ranging in age from 17-60. We would definitely book again!
From a family member: "The so called manager on duty the afternoon of June 5 was setting a terrible example to his team. He was leaning on the counter, chewing gum, wearing a stained shirt, cussing with his team. Not a professional image I'm used to from the excellent staff at other Frosts. I did mention the above to this particular manager at the time who did not seem receptive to my feedback."

I went here while visiting Tucson last week and it was SO GOOD! It was my first time trying gelato and I LOVE it! The containers of gelato were so prettily put together as well!
Best gelato I've had. The consistency of this chain is impressive. I just learned yesterday that Frost originated in Tucson..... Nice!
Your counter help is incredibly rude. I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and what I’ve experienced multiple times at this location is unacceptable. A basic training course in customer service should be a thing, especially when you charge as much as you do for your product.
Love coming here with my wife, the display and the flavors are delicious.Wish we could mix flavors in the small cups.
Best gelato in town. Love the raspberry flavor. It's the best. Actually, all of the fruit flavors are good.
Delicious Gelato. But, everytime I go in there, staff is so unfriendly, rude. It's like we are disturbing them from their personal time.
