Service is usually good. But today we ordered 2 meals one with fries and one with cheese curds. We received 2 fries. I drive back so my wife could eat her sandwich and went to get her cheese curds. No apology, just says oh it does say 1 cheese curd. I'm waiting n waiting. A different guy comes up and says you ready to order. I told him I'm waiting on cheese curds. Cpl min later the first guy comes back and says do you need something else. I said no, I'm still waiting on the cheese curds. It takes him a few min more " maybe to cook them Idk" hands me my bag with the original order of fries in it plus the cheese curd. Fries were at least 30 min old by then so tossed them. But my wife enjoyed her cheese curds. It's a bit expensive but good food and "usually" good service.
About to go out of the country and wanted the best hamburger in town. The food is hot, fresh and ?.
While their food is delicious most of the time their time need to be better. Especially in the drive threw it can take 10-20 minutes to get a simple order and sometimes even longer. Going to this restaurant I often make sure I don't have immediate plans afterwards because they are extremely slow at taking a order and filling that same order.
This place is so bad now. Used to be busy all the time, now it's like a ghost town. I see why. The lobby is filthy. Pretty sure the soda machine hasn't been cleaned in days. They have "no condiments" for the food. None. The guy behind the counter was nice enough to spare me a small cup of ketchup used for the burgers. No straws. No napkins. No paper towels in the bathroom. The entire crew is all teenagers that are more focused on laughing and joking with each other and are clearly bothered by having to actually do their jobs and serve customers. The employees were outside in the parking lot working on cars with their friends. I won't be surprised of this place is closed this year sometime, which is a bummer because there is so few dining options out here. Good thing we voted to raise our minimum wage so much. The quality is worth it ?.
First, and last time at this chain. Placed an order for a burger and french fries. Asked for cheese only due to allergies and it came with all of the condiments on top. The girl at the window did not hand me my receipt and said she would put it in the bag which didn't happen. After tossing the burger because I couldn't eat it there was hair and what appeared to be mucus on my french fries.
Food good (for what it is - hot, artery clogging) but the employees were all rude, abrupt, annoyed when asked for Fry sauces, etc... $55 for 4 people seems excessive but that included cones for the 3 kids..

The food here is always good even though I'm not a fan of slim burgers. I've eaten here many times and is always consistently good. The fries are some of the best in fast food. Service is always friendly. Their front parking is not very good when there are people in line for the drive thru, mostly because customers aren't friendly enough to let you drive out of the parking spacebut that has nothing to do with Freddy's. They have a diverse menu with a little for everyone. Cheese curds, and custard are also very good from the menu.

Burgers were good, really thin but very tasty! Fries are small shoestring fries of short length. Fry sauce is worth a go, different, but flavorful.Their custard was amazing!This is a must try for fast food.Very good!
