Not impressed and probably won’t return. This was our first time experiencing Freddys and the food was subpar but the service was terrible. The staff definitely looked like they did not want to be there and had bad attitudes. There was a sweet young lady upfront who was clearly having an anxiety attack and she made all the customers feel very uncomfortable.
Twas my first time at a Freddy's and it was pretty darn good. My daughter's burger was perfect as was my chicken sandwich. The cheese curds were delightfully light and flavorful. Sodas were exactly by what our parched selves needed! My daughter commented that the prices here seemed higher than those on the east coast - I thought that $25 was a bit much for two sandwiches, two sodas, and a sub of curds for fries. Clean environs, nice folks behind the counter, and good food. Just a bit pricey.
Amazing place to go! I have no idea why people say the fries are too skinny and if you need help why they are skinny, it's because they are shoestring fries. And the burgers are super good. I've only been here twice and Freddy's is my favorite! Definitely passed In and out. 5 stars for way too many reasons but when it comes to burgers, Freddy's is my best stop
I love this place but I ate there today and got food poisoning within half a day. I never leave any negative reviews, if I have nothing good to say I just won’t say anything at all. I’m not eating here again. I feel absolutely horrible.
I just had to update my review. Once again Freddy's didn't disappoint. I brought my wife here for the first time and she loved it. She had the patty melt and I had the double with bacon. We topped it off with a custard sundae. The manager took the time to check in with us and make sure we were happy with our meals. Until next time...?The Freddy's Original Double was delicious! The staff was very friendly. I don't eat burgers very often, but when I do, Freddy's is the place to go.
Really not sure what the managers problem was or if it was even with me, ... But clearly you don't want my business anymore, no worries, I will definitely reconsider ever coming back here again, I will go eat somewhere else next time, thank you. (Side note: the employees seem to care more... Hang in there guys)
Why is it that every employee at every Freddie's has a hearing problem they screwed up my order not once not twice but three times how.. Nobody understands English and its not just this one rita ranch regularly screws up my orders. Even a fee months ago a phx location also screws up my order twice. Better hire people that are serious about a job and not a bunch of kids
They are no match to in and out burger. Fries way too skinny not prepared fresh in store. Hamburgers way too greasy. Employees not professional looking. Some have no masks behind counter not that I care. Twice the value of food. Same food. In and out says their meat is clean with no preservatives or junk. Freddy’s no mention about quality of food. Scary. Walked in no customers except one or two. No time have I seen in and out not very busy. Why? Now I know.
Don't get UberEats from this location. Every single thing was incorrect. Instead of my spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese that I paid extra for I got a regular chicken sandwich with a dab of buffalo sauce, the sauce I did order got put on a diffeent burger for no reason. The chili cheese fries we paid extra for were just missing, along with my drink. I've never had order get this messed up and a $5 coupon doesn't even cover the missing items let alone a $50 order.
Yes to the veggie burger. Thank you guys for putting this option on the menu, your custard is the best.
